Worst freight company ever.

This location has less than competent staff. We had a shipment scheduled for delivery this morning. According to Estes (the driver), the package was oversized and they couldn't deliver it because no one was there to help unload. I wasn't aware I needed to be there to help a shipping company unload an item. However, I was able to be there in 10 minutes to assist and they knew this. Instead, they left it on their dock and said they could maybe deliver Friday or I could pick it up. The purpose of a shipping company is so that I don't have to pick it up. How can you be a shipping company and not have the required equipment and staff to make deliveries?

If it wasn't for Mrs. Gwen I wouldn't use this estes terminal agian. She was very professional and made sure I got my will call picked up in a timely manner. Someone as nice and professional as her is rare and greatly appreciated. Thank you
