Facility is well kept and maintained. I was renting as storage unit here for the past year. Be warned: the company will raise the rate on your storage unit about 2x a year. Insane. I had no issues once renting my unit in terms of theft or other incidents but I couldn't afford a close to 200% rate increase so looked for a more affordable solution around town.
Staff are not particularly helpful or seemingly motivated. I get that it can be a boring job but come on man..... Maybe try and offer some options. The few times I interacted with staff, and despite my trying to be pleasant they gave off a demeanor of being seemingly bored and not very forthcoming as far as giving out any helpful information.
Otherwise would recommend this location half heartedly.

I had a great experience—the service was excellent! I walked in and was set up with a unit in just 10 minutes. The store team was incredibly helpful and friendly.
