Can't use credit at the pumps. Problem is Exxon requires you to enter a PIN on credit transactions. Most fuel services allow you to bypass the PIN, especially if it's a chip card, so I'm not able to earn points here. Annoying, just go across the street to RaceTrac and you can use credit!

Horrible customer and the bathrooms are so filthy that they’re never been cleaned The employee doesn’t have any respect for anyone. Never coming back here again and I’ll make sure everybody knows the type of service that they offer here. Hire better employees

Car wash doesn't work like it should. Asked for a refund. Was told no refunds are given. Will purchase gas and car wash somewhere else.Customer service is horrible.

7-Eleven Customer Service responds to back to negative comments stating they will help. They never follow through on this. There are other gas stations available. Checkout Quick Trip right down the road.

Wow never experienced this before. I have used their new car wash with no problem. The machine completely stopped working in the middle of my wash. I went inside a asked for help, he accused me of driving off. I showed him my dash cam and my wet car. He said there’s nothing he can do. Trust me, don’t waste your money here. I took photos and videos, will contest with my credit card company.
