Be careful. The car wash is a scam as they will only pour water and not even dry off your car. This is the worst 7/11 car wash in all of the US, probably the world.

The Exxon gas station in Irving, TX, holds a commendable reputation with its reliable service and convenient location, making it a solid choice for both locals and travelers alike. During my latest visit, I found the pump area to be remarkably clean and well-maintained, which provided a smooth fueling experience without any hitches. The staff members were friendly and quick to offer assistance, ensuring that any questions about services or directions were answered with courtesy. Additionally, this station features a small convenience store packed with an adequate selection of snacks and basic necessities which proved useful for grabbing some quick refreshments before hitting the road again. Although occasionally busy which led to brief waiting times during peak hours, the overall efficiency and accessibility of this Exxon outlet deserve recognition. It’s definitely deserving of four stars for consistently meeting essential customer needs with professionalism.

Got ripped off on a car was from here. I paid for a regular car wash which to my surprise is “touch free”??? None of the wipers touch your car. Just shooting water. I went back into the gas station to speak with the attendant because it left my car looking worse than before. I asked if he could charge me the $3 difference between a regular wash and the premium in which He literally told me there was nothing he could do and I would have to pay for a whole premium wash to actually receive soap and the spinning cloth machine to actually touch my car. I have NEVER been to a car wash that makes you pay for a “touch free, water only” Wash. I will NEVER come here again and would advise others against it as well!

Very disappointed. I dropped some friends down the street for a concert and figured that I would some gas in my vehicle. I looked up Exxon on Goggle maps and this is the closest. I get to the register and let the cashier know that I would like to add points to my EXXON card.He looks at me and said what almost every other cashier in Dallas and Ft. Worth have said “we do not do that here “. I have also been informed at other locations that they do not know how to do that/those points.What is it with these (mostly) 7-11? Do they not know how to ask another co worker, manager?Do they not explain this to them when something like this added to a perk? Or are they just not listening, do not care because they have no intention of helping those trying to add points. (Lazy!!!). I could have driven to another EXXON and maybe someone would have had a little initiative.Disappointed
