The reason for the 2 stars is for the wide variety of items they have, otherwise its a 1 star. It doesn't help to have a well stocked store when no employee comes to help you. Stood there for a good while waiting for help. I guess I'll go down the street.

Destiny Steph and James are the best customers salespeople and most professional people I’ve ever dealt with in a pawnshop very helpful and understanding I wouldn’t pick any other pawnshop to deal with thanks to these guys would recommend to anyone their the best hands down !!

First time in the store its very clean and organize. The employee James provided a great customer service with a smile, is invaluable honest feedback.Made you feel safe, even though the location is next to a graveyard.. look forward to returning and referring other customers to this location.

I’ve been coming to this pawn shop for the past two years, and all I has to say is amazing. Jose O and Stephanie C are amazing. Everytime I come in they are always helpful. Not to mention they are great conversationalist. Can’t wait to go back again!

I have been coming to this EZ for YEARS. The staff is always nice and cordial. The store items have changed over the years, but they always still have a good selection to choose from. The loan process has always been good for me. I always look forward to coming back and paying off my loan with them. STRANGE !!!!

I’ve been a customer of EZ Pawn located in Irving for a few years now and I just want to say that the store manager Jose and his associates are the best. I’ve gone to the Irving location when there’s been other store managers and other employees working there years back and they were horrible and rude. Thank you for setting new management and employees at your Irving location with great attitudes and actually know what they’re doing.

Had the worst experience yesterday I walked in with a stranger yesterday trying to sell gold I walked in and talk to the (MANAGER) JOSE Ortiz to test the gold for me I believe he was part of the fraud and told me the gold was real and authentic so I bought it then I went to a buddy house to sell it and turns out it was fake I’m calling corporate now.
I went back today to retest and the manager Jose did not want to come out to talk to me or tell me why he would tell me it was real so I really need some help on what I can do!
