Fedex is so lazy. They don't pick up ground packages or even help you get them into the delivery area.

Don’t come to deliver or return your packages here, be advise. I came here yesterday to drop off a very important package and they scanned the label, got my phone number, and told me I was going to receive a tracking number, I never did. Next day I’m here at Walgreen again asking if they can retrieve the tracking number, well they can not, I have been with Fedex over the phone for over 1 hour, there is no way they can locate the package without the tracking number. Walgreens gave me the inventory numbers for every package that was registered, and I gave them to the Fedex agent on the phone, she said none of them was mine. So my package as of right now it’s lost. Don’t ever come to a drop off location; go directly to a Fedex office. Or even better; go to UPS, and save yourself from a headache.
