The workers are very friendly and knowledgeable, they have a great attitude also. I would much rather go here than USPS even if it cost more which it doesn't, they are very competitive, I'm glad to use them!!

I've been trying to get a hundred pound package delivered since May 20th. My special need kid wanted a trampoline for memorial day. The box came with holes in it and springs falling out. This a shipping company why not reinforce the box when you see it tearing up? At this point I will take the box in any condition and handle with the part department. Now drivers lying saying I'm refusing the package when they never been to my house. Customer service is a waste of time as well. Worst experience ever I don't recommend using FedEx.

Good and friendly staff!!! I moved to Texas not long time before and I don't have the printer, so I googled the nearest place that provides the printing service, and I uploaded my printing file online. The whole process is pretty easy! I waited for only 15min and FedEx store emailed that my file was ready to pick up. I walked to the store, a staff welcomed me and gave the file to me quickly. I really appreciate it! Also, the printing papers they use is very thick and of great quality!! I have definitely a wonderful printing experience at this store. Hope my review helps you a lot! :)

Richard at this FedEx Office is my hero! I had used their services in October to ship some fragile items. They wrapped and shipped. Unfortunately, one of the fragile items arrived broken. I could hear it when I picked up the box from my front porch. I tried to contact my local FedEx in California for help, but the actual stores don't handle claims. I was referred to customer service. Let's just say that each of the 9 people I spoke with had different answers. In the end, the FedEx claims department was not helpful at all. To replace the item and ship it again, it would have cost me over $100. They sent me a check for $6.40. I tried to go back to the FedEx Office in Irving, TX, where I originally shipped from to see if they could help me. Richard went above and beyond and really made everything right! Even better! His kindness, professionalism and willingness to help me was extraordinary! Thank you, Richard, for helping me out! I will continue to be a loyal FedEx customer because of your help!

I created a print order on 3/6/21 for 250 business cards. They should have been delivered by 3/10/21. After doing my own investigation I find out that my order was never processed. It just sat in the print cue. I had the customer service rep cancel my order, but I want you to know how disappointed I am in your print & ship service. If this was an actual client, I would have lost business because no one took the time to see if there were orders sitting that never shipped. You need to look into your production quality control.
