Okay so i went in to send a document to Italy.
I asked her when's the soonest my daughter will receive it and she asked for the zipcode so i gave her the full address,she started typing the address and kept making mistakes like she didn't put it how the street name is spelled and the second time she didn't put the house number.
After she got the correct address she said if everything looks okay please press confirm/agree and there was a surcharge of 82$ so i asked what was that for she said its a charge for international shipping for customs and for when she collects it. I was like wont you send it to her address why she must go collect it? And then her colleague said that it's an international shipping charge for priority (but the soonest is 6 days) so i asked why im paying overnight priority if you can only send it after 6 days? Then she was stunned to speak her colleague chimed in again ,saying you dont have to send it !!
I said no i want to send it i was wish i was shown the economy price and the difference and the lady who was assisting me said she did show me the prices! I was like no you didn't!
She insisted she showed me so i asked her if you showed me do you remember the economy price? She doesn't remember it.
So i said,sweetie i have OCD and i remember things accurately. You didn't show me the prices and guess what she insists she showed me.
I said im not trying to give you hard time, you win lets send international priority for 164.72 and she will receive on Monday. All good have a nice day and i left.

Went to the Fed Ex to send some papers. This location is spotless! Every type of printer, paper cutter, cubicle for privacy while accomplishing your tasks, most every type of office supplies and even snacks. In a location next to many food options, etc. Dollie met me a helped me my transactions and options. Amazing Place !!!

Never received my package, I disputed online with fedex and just received an email saying they completed their "investigation" Whatever that means. The photo they posted is blurry and looks nothing like the exterior of my apartment, and the package shown is too large (I ordered a skincare product the size of a lipstick).

Employees like HOLLY should be much more productive rather than telling people just to wait in line.
I don't understand why to waste the infrastructure which is bought. There were several computers lying around and someone can go help the people for prints using those computers rather than telling everyone to use single PRINT@ GO KIOSK.

My visit to this particular FedEx office, unfortunately, revolved around a disappointing encounter with an employee named Holly. Holly's evident lack of training became apparent as she struggled to comprehend my straightforward request for a one-sided, 22 x 7 inch color print on regular paper from a USB drive.After a prolonged struggle, Holly sought advice from another associate, further delaying the process. To my surprise, when Holly provided a quote for the print job, the amount was an exorbitant $44, attributed to a rate of $6.50 per square foot. This pricing seemed disproportionately high for the standard print job I was requesting.Despite the urgency of my request, Holly insisted that the print wouldn't be ready until the following afternoon, raising doubts about her commitment to efficiently completing tasks. Seeking clarification on the pricing, I questioned whether the print was being calculated on a larger scale, possibly 24 x 24 inches (2 square feet). Even then, the total cost of $44 appeared unreasonable.In response to my inquiries, Holly suggested I visit another FedEx location for potential same-day service, a recommendation that struck me as both unhelpful and dismissive. When I pressed for a reasonable explanation of the pricing, Holly curtly stated she was not going to debate the matter.In conclusion, the overall experience at this FedEx office, largely due to Holly's unprofessionalism and lack of skill, was far from satisfactory. I strongly recommend others to consider alternative locations for their printing needs to avoid wasting time and encountering similar issues with Holly.

The young lady who assisted me had a lovely personality this morning. She was very helpful. I had no idea there was a Fed Ex this close to me...lol

This is how they deliver the packages. If you are so reluctant to walk to drop off the package, it is better to stay at home and sleep.

I had to ship several orders for my job and they didn't even want to help me, tried telling me I could only do it online I came back and told her I already tried that and spoke to customer service and they had told me to come in store to ship, she reluctantly helped me with 3 orders then told me she could no longer help me she had to go to lunch and the other workers were too busy to help me meanwhile either 1 of the 2 other ladies could've helped me. Not to mention this was my second attempt at this location on the same day. I was on my lunch break still working and I couldn't even get help, weird how if I am with a customer and it's my lunch break I have to stay and help my customer until I am done then go to lunch. Poor customer service here. Don't even waist your time, just go to the one off airport fwy, they are more respectful, helpful, and just over all better
