My visit to this particular FedEx office, unfortunately, revolved around a disappointing encounter with an employee named Holly. Holly's evident lack of training became apparent as she struggled to comprehend my straightforward request for a one-sided, 22 x 7 inch color print on regular paper from a USB drive.After a prolonged struggle, Holly sought advice from another associate, further delaying the process. To my surprise, when Holly provided a quote for the print job, the amount was an exorbitant $44, attributed to a rate of $6.50 per square foot. This pricing seemed disproportionately high for the standard print job I was requesting.Despite the urgency of my request, Holly insisted that the print wouldn't be ready until the following afternoon, raising doubts about her commitment to efficiently completing tasks. Seeking clarification on the pricing, I questioned whether the print was being calculated on a larger scale, possibly 24 x 24 inches (2 square feet). Even then, the total cost of $44 appeared unreasonable.In response to my inquiries, Holly suggested I visit another FedEx location for potential same-day service, a recommendation that struck me as both unhelpful and dismissive. When I pressed for a reasonable explanation of the pricing, Holly curtly stated she was not going to debate the matter.In conclusion, the overall experience at this FedEx office, largely due to Holly's unprofessionalism and lack of skill, was far from satisfactory. I strongly recommend others to consider alternative locations for their printing needs to avoid wasting time and encountering similar issues with Holly.

The young lady who assisted me had a lovely personality this morning. She was very helpful. I had no idea there was a Fed Ex this close to me...lol

This is how they deliver the packages. If you are so reluctant to walk to drop off the package, it is better to stay at home and sleep.

I had to ship several orders for my job and they didn't even want to help me, tried telling me I could only do it online I came back and told her I already tried that and spoke to customer service and they had told me to come in store to ship, she reluctantly helped me with 3 orders then told me she could no longer help me she had to go to lunch and the other workers were too busy to help me meanwhile either 1 of the 2 other ladies could've helped me. Not to mention this was my second attempt at this location on the same day. I was on my lunch break still working and I couldn't even get help, weird how if I am with a customer and it's my lunch break I have to stay and help my customer until I am done then go to lunch. Poor customer service here. Don't even waist your time, just go to the one off airport fwy, they are more respectful, helpful, and just over all better

Horrible customer service. Have picked up shipments here several times without issue but have not been asked for my tracking number. I think it may have been because of what the package is and it's easy to find every time. Mentioned not searching for tracking number previously to the woman with dirty blonde hair working 6/10 at closing (she said her name was Shelby), who then proceeded to say she loves it when customers tell her how to do her job as she walked away and found my package easily (without the tracking number). I told her that was rude and she then said I was being rude and proceeded to be snarky. I asked for her name and left. If this is how FedEx wants to represent their company, they might want to reconsider. While this location is closest to my house, I'll drive farther to not deal with people like that.

Horrible customer service from the staff particularly one of the white ladies with dirty blond hair working today (didn’t get her name). She was very rude to me and another customer that walked in and we were only asking some basic questions about how to print something.

Incompetent workers tried to blame equipment for four scheduled shipments that they misplaced. Can't follow through on promise times and delivered my perishable medications above their safe temperature. Workers are ignorant to items labeled "perishable and temperature sensitive product". Customers Service treats it like its someone's missing Omaha Steaks and not high priority medications. One time could be excused as a mistake, but that is clearly not the case as it has consistently happened now multiple times. This stems from incompetent workers and garbage corporate customer service who refuse to put the customer in contact with an on-site manager.

I regularly get these QR codes laminated and printed, at this same store before, but now Holly says they cannot sell them to me they are not for retail. Any idea where else?

I returned 3 pants and seems like someone took one of the pant . The lady told me she will pack for me even when I asked to tape it myself but now can’t blame anyone. But just be careful never take your package without proper packing.Sometimes things like this happens and we can’t get the proper refund while returning the items.I have gone here few times but will try not to in near future even my printing experience here is very bad.

I went to this location for sending international shipment. I was assisted by Dollie who was welcoming and extremely helpful. She explained me restrictions on some items which I wanted to send which helped me to save couple hundred bucks, but more importantly possible headache about delivery.Thank you for such a great customer service.
