They lied about delivering a very important package. Driver took picture of it in his hands as if he’s delivering it. Then walks off with it, captured on ring doorbell.

WISH I COULD GIVE A ZERO***Horrible Experience!! I have been waiting 4 days for my shipment which contains medication for pain. I have called several times have even been lied to stating that package has been out for delivery three attempts MIND YOU I have cameras and can see they have not been here also the only day they did show was the first attempt and left a note the other attempts MADE UP!! Customer service is bad enough then spoke with SONYA a few days(who claims to be a supervisor), she had the worst attitude of them all.....attempted to make me pick up the pkg. then stated I couldn't she had no empathy or concern that the service was bad her only concern was saying anything to not take accountability for this horrible service and hanging up. If you can avoid this place you should!! the y are absolutely no help and customer service is the lowest I have experienced with a place like this....... they're still lying and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PKG!!

I paid $5.55 to have signatured required package delivered on Friday instead of Thursday. Package arrived at nearby distribution center at 5am Thursday morning. It was not send out for deliver on Friday or Sat. On Sat. I got text saying they have updated the delivery date to Friday (one day in the past). Called Customer Service and they said I could pickup at the distribution center. Went to distribution center and nobody was working the Customer Pickups (according to the security guard I should come back M-F 9am-5pm because they always staff the position on those days). Gave up and fired up the mobile app and told FedEx to hold at a retail location near me. I confirmed it was held but when you back into the app there is no indication anywhere that is to be held. Maybe one day I get my package, in the meantime Fedex has earned a one star Customer rating.

Horrible!! I have been waiting 2 days for my shipment which contains medicine that must be kept cold. There is road construction on my road and instead of following the large orange DETOUR signs the 2 drives took pictures of the cones in the road each day and said they could not deliver my package. I have put in 3 complaints with the 800 number which is based overseas and is useless. I guess I got the 2 drivers who could not read or follow directions because I have seen several FedEx trucks in my neighborhood over the last 2 days.

Worst place to work in here I have been working here 1 year ..you don’t get more than 5 hours daily if you unload trailers and other places you’ll would be wasting ur time to reach at least 25-30 hours …Moreover for careers like switcher cdl or trainer or a manager if you are Hispanic or even White don’t waste your time they would take forever like a month +even surpassing the deadline for the interviews for the position u wanna be.As my experience I took the interview twice for the switcher and still didn’t get me.

I worked there during peak season and some.They had two managers who needed to be trained on people skills. One is early morning sort manager earl, he was so condescending. Another one is a new black american area manager-Shay in PL l don't know where they get these people from because they could use some training to realize employees are not their kids to be screaming at them. Be careful of some male managers, they will be flirting with you and if you turn them down you will not like your experience at work because they will use their power to mistreat you by moving you around or assigning you difficult tasks to frustrate you. People who flirt with managers have the best roles, some walk on the floor for the better part of the shift managers will not say anything to them.Team members are awesome!a lot of teamwork. Most of the managers are good.l liked that you didn't have to work an entire shift,you could leave any time you're done which allowed flexibility for people who had other jobs.

This has come to a Class Action civil suit. We know their contract is configured to not be sued, but the suit is going forward for the state of Texas. Look for this $500 million dollar suit. If I could put you all out of business, I would do so and not give a damn. The same attitude FedEx carries.

!!!!Now where do I begin!!!!!I’ve been a worker at FedEx for a year now, Do NOT apply nor use this for your primary delivery service. It’s a lying and deceitful company. They KEEP hiring and hiring yet they cut hours short every day. This is the worst company I’ve ever worked with &’ only work around if you have a real title a manager Nikki asked me “ Who is the most important people in here” she answered “Package Handlers” Not only was that the biggest lie but I felt nothing. Please don’t waste your time in this company it’s not worth it. Also, your packages are very much thrown, everywhere. We had a new manager whom wants to change every aspect in the warehouse but is 100% causing more damage. DO NOTTTTTTTT APPLY NOR USE THIS COMPANY

If you have worked at fedex ground before, this location is significantly behind on technology and upgrades. 1. There is no water stations, only water bottles in refrigerators. 2. Package handlers must scan every box in the truck and sort the boxes accordingly. At the 2 other locations i have worked at, they have an auto scanner so that you don’t have to do that. 3.There is only 1 Human Resources office so trying to call the help desk is basically pointless. Low quality security system. The ceiling fans don’t work. Broken cameras everywhere. The only reason I give 3 stars is because the people that you work with are amazing people.

2 “delivery attempts” that were completely false. I am home and have been home during both documented “attempts”. Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced - no option to speak with a supervisor and no option to file a complaint. The rep could not provide any information other than the information I already had about the delivery attempts and ended up hanging up on me because there was no further information to provide nor was there any way to escalate the issue. I will be reaching out to the place I purchased the item to have them deal with this terrible company.

Delivery drivers obviously don't know how to follow special instructions in locations or on packages being fragile. This is hands down the worst delivery service out the avoid fedex like the plague nothing but pure incompetence when it comes to this place.
