They were unable to provide me with an estimate to ship my material. I thought stopping by in person with the package would make the process easier, but instead, I was dismissed and given just a phone number to call. Very unhelpful and a complete waste of time.

Awful management. Not one customer in store needing assistance one young lady and what I assume was a manager both unoccupied in work
Activities and refused to print 20 pages without an online order. Would only sell a ream for self printing.
In business sometimes you need immediate small printing orders. Some can be done at the self service machines. If they were busy I would understand not providing an immediate order. He offered to print ONE! If you can print ONE you can print 20!
This is actually the second time our business has been inconvenienced by this location.
A 20 page order was actually a larger upcoming order once the layout was approved from the 20. Never know who is coming in your store.
Just a dry personality from entrance. The young lady did speak.
In the end won’t be back.

This location has had my package for three days. Apparently, someone has missed the required training for customer satisfaction. The grading would be a straight “F”.

FedEx did not bother to even leave a note at my door telling me they attempted delivery or that they were taking it to this center. I only knew FedEx was here because I happened to see the truck on my ring camera. FedEx website won't allow me to timely reschedule delivery so now I have to go out of my way to come to this center to get my package.

Driver “attempt” to deliver our package but didn’t see nobody stopping by. Helpdesk said “recipient was not available” but somebody was home all day.

Delivered my package to wrong address. The picture provided by the driver is not my porch. The driver also did not take picture of the door number to verify what porch he/she put the package on. This was over 1200.00 purchase. I viewed my neighbors ring camera there is no clipping of fed ex approaching my porch. Which is another proof it was never put on my porch. Now I am filing claims to try to locate my package or get my refund. This is horrible service! The driver simply needed to verify the address and door number was correct! I need my refund or my package. Very angry customer! This is my porch with welcome mats. And pic beside oor. Also picture of porch where package was delivered. Totally wrong porch!

Still waiting for my package. Not only did they have to correct the address on their end but apparent the label was unreadable and was unable to get delivered yesterday. Why it didn’t get delivered today? Laziness. Stick with USPS or UPS.

Very convenient FedEx ship center. We visited to return an online retailer product with lithium batteries and all regular FedEx store didn’t accept it due to lithium batteries and we found this ship center where they do accept them with full care. The staff was very friendly and the process was very smooth

Congrats to earning a bad review! Pretty much as other reviews state this location is the worst of FedEx. They are holding my package now for over 10 days and do not deliver it correctly coming up with incorrect tracking entries. The FedEx Helpdesk is pretty much useless too. First you have to trick their automated bot into actually letting you talk to an agent who sits overseas and then every agent gives you a different story.
Tell me FedEx how can I get my package back?
