I am being inconvenienced because a bum lazy driver didn’t want to leave his vehicle and watched him sit in it parked near my garage in front of my building and then marked my package as an attempt ! My package needed signature so I purposefully waited all morning for it and watched for him. I need these supplies for something very crucial by Monday 7am and did not have time for any hiccups or mistakes this is why it was a rushed shipment! Lazy bum only had one flight of stairs and I was waiting and could have walked down myself but he drove off! I reported this bum to the fed ex feedback line and even though I am headed to get my own package today I will not let this go ! Why give this bum a full days salary when he is lying and sitting n his truck pulling up to locations so his tracking can prove he came but not leave the truck and deceive the customers ? You’ have no idea what type of damage you are doing to someone by not delivering their package !! My livelihood depends heavily upon what I ordered and I’m pissed! I have ring camera and will gladly turn it over to prove he never came upstairs ! I do not care how many days weeks months go by I’m calling about this every day until I have proof he was penalized for this!

Came to this FedEx location to drop off a box ended up being the wrong label. Came back an hour later to fix the problem and Mary remembered me told me I can help you retrieve your other box, Took care of me and the company right away helping avoid many issues…

FedEx claimed they attempted to deliver to my home but with cameras around the house, that statement was a lie. Not the first time. FedEx graciously offered for me to go pick it up 30mins away or pick it up at a closer FedEx Office Print/Ship Center tomorrow. I choose the latter. The next day, I called the helpline to verify my package’s location at the center. I get there just to be told it’s not there. Once again, I called the helpline who insists the package is at the center. Went back inside to verify the package isn’t there. Called the helpline again to be told, “it’s in Irving still.” FedEx is the worst.

I was made to call the fedex help line because the staff couldn't be bothered. They didn't have any information on dangerous goods shipment and had no interest in finding anything out. I have no problem being turned away if I'm given the proper procedure on how to do what I need but staff this location won't even give you that.

Perishable package was supposed to arrive today. Claim to have attempted at 12:38pm. I was sitting in my living room. No tag was left at door. By the looks of the reviews, this is a scam they do all of the time. Now, I can only pick up my perishable package on Monday and it will probably be ruined. I'm calling corporate ASAP. This has to stop. If you can't or won't provide the service stop offering it. Ridiculous.

Came here around 2:30 pm, wait time is more than 20 minutes with only 3 customers in front of me. There is only one person working at the counter. Absolutely ridiculous.

Literally claim to have made an attempt to deliver my package and did not. I was at home all along, plus I put it down in the instructions the whole time that I was home. Y'all seriously have to do better.

AVOID....They are claiming my package was damaged. Highly unlikely. I bet they saw it was 400 rounds of 9mm and decided it would be perfect to steal. Nothing but thieves working here. FedEx will always be the worst shipping company in America.

I think no need to explain they are expert . I am just surprised by how many people complain about False attempts to deliver. They keep saying their lies till they believe it. the delivery guy never lifts the tag. When i called the warehouse the guy told me he doesn't have time for that.

Absolute worst FedEx I've ever dealt with. I paid $50 for expedited shipping on a package and not once but twice they said they made a delivery attempt and no one was home. I was home both days and I have a ring camera which clearly shows no one made a delivery attempt. I called customer service after the first day and all they said was that they could try again tomorrow and to give them my number so they could give to the driver. Once again the exact same thing happened. I called again and they said if no one lets them in the complex within like 3 minutes it's technically an attempt. They asked for my number again and I informed them I had already given it to them yesterday and not a single person attempted to text or call me. They said the drivers aren't legally allowed to put any codes in to get in and that they were so sorry but they could attempt again tomorrow or I could go to Irving 25 minutes out from 7-9 and pick it up myself. I have never been so furious. Am I supposed to just wait outside from 9-4 and wait for the delivery driver to show up? What the hell is the problem with these people. Worst f****** experience ever!
