Took some shoes up their they didn’t have the shoe so the person who help me told me we will do exchange and they will order the shoe to be shipped out I was supposed to received a tracking label never received anything.The guy even charge me 15$ more saying was due to was a preschool shoe .Went up to the store to advised them they told me person who done the processed had done it like a store purchase they told me they couldn’t do anything to call customer service. This was back in January 7 ever since been calling customer service. They call me today advising they can’t do no refund giving me nothing but excuses stating I had done the exchange in store I told them don’t they have cameras they can verified they stated they can’t go that far back.Stated also due to more than 45 days how is that my fault if I’ve been calling .

5-152 Employees, 1 was very helpful and offered his assistance, the other seemed bothered and ready to punch out. Hey this is the job you choose, my advice is do it with my enthusiasm and willing to offer customer service or resign. Why should we the customer have to be treated by your unprofessional behaviour.

Honestly pretty bad experience ask to check for a shoe size, guy never came back and helped someone out (obviously you can infer that they didn’t have my size) but come on. At least let me know, I’m standing like a fool waiting and I have to go chase after someone to help.

The associates are okay but the mangers are rude and full of attitude. Went in to look at shoes. Found a pair but wanted to see other shoes before asking for help. I was asked if I needed help when I was still looking. Of course I said no thank you. A minute or 2 later i asked for a size because of course I didn't find any other shoes and the manger next the associate i asked for a shoe size gave a attitude for not taking help in the middle of looking at shoes then walked away muttering something under her breath....smh

Worst experience, I was sent used shoes (with dirty socks in them), came in to return them and the manager was absolutely useless. After doing research after the fact, it’s normal for Finish Line to send out used shoes and NOT rectify the issue. There are many options when purchasing shoes, save yourself the headache of shopping here.
