I called to get some info about different work vests and T shirts for my company. Was told to send email. I said I had a few questions and was told again to email. She was kind of rude and that set me off. Well, I found someone else to answer the questions I had. I placed my order for 6 dozen vests, 2 dozen jackets and 12 dozen t shirts elsewhere. Must be nice to be that busy to turn down such a large order.

We ordered plain shirts to try and match our daughters soccer jersey. The shirts did not match. There was nothing done to embellish the shirts at all. When my husband got the shirts home they did not match no big deal. So I just went to return them & was told sorry no refund. They are just plain shirts nothing done to them!! 30 dollars wasted. No other option offered!

I had contacted FinishLine late afternoon Friday for what almost seemed like an impossible job, needing a banner ready within less than 24 hours! Well i spoke with Zachry Stephenson & let me tell you he exceeded all expectations and had my banner ready even earlier than the time i asked. Budget friendly, customer service is AMAZING. I ordered tall insulated cup , a couple of masks, and a sweatshirt. I was not disappointed in any of the items. Sweatshirt is so well made and true to size ordered. And the cup allows me to drink from cup or use straw. Great items!
