They saved the day! Did all the maintenance for a long road trip else, and my car wouldn't start after the service was done. Got a jump and made it here. They didn't gave the battery in stock, but got it delivered to them and had my car all fixed up in less than 1.5 hours. Customer service was on point! A very nice person helped (I believe her name is Alexis according to my receipt. I totally forgot to ask, but she definitely made my day!), and was super informative about my car and everything else! I can't recommend this location enough. Definitely not taking my car to any other location ever again!

Pro tip; have an estimate ready w/pricing upon arrival. I don't have time for you to build it when I ask for my receipt.

Super bad service, I brought my car to change a tire and they told me go home you have two cars ahead of you as soon as I arrive we set it up for you and they didn't do anything at all very bad the man who answers bad communication is the name of the one who treated me badly MEMO A WHITE FAT MR.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE, CAME TO GET CV JOINTS ON MY VEHICLE AND THEY DID DRIVING SUSPENSION AND STRUTS ,ALMOST $,2000, NOW THEY WANT US TO PAY TO PUT THE CV JOINTS ON MY CAR, IF THATS WHAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DONE IN THE FIRST PLACE, CLICKING AND POPPING NOISE WHEN YOUR TURN THE WHEEL!! THEY CHARGE YOU TO TELL YOU WHATS WRONG WITH YOUR CAR, BUT FAIL TO TELLS US THAT!! BUT Y'ALL ARE THE EXPERTS!!! BROUGHT MY VEHICLE BACK 5X!! AND I WON'T LEAVE ANY STAR, BUT IN ORDER TO POST YOU GOT TO GIVE A STAR!!

Alexis Merritt is my hero today I was in the highway in loss air in my tire in about 2.2 seconds came into the store and she had just taken her last customer for the day because they close at five. She went back to ask her mechanic if he would oblige one more customerand he agreed I appreciate you I appreciate you and your mechanic that’s going to extra mile. Thank you Firestone. Customer service is horrible. They are rude and annoyed the second you walk in the door. Tried to book online for tires over a week ago, they took the money from my account and didn’t reserve my appointment. Took 10 days to get my money back. Then I went in person and paid to have 4 brand new tires put on my truck, they took their time and the lady at the desk was so rude and condescending. They put the tire on my spare tire rim and then when I said something took forever to fix the issue instead of fixing it immediately. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Go any place else.

Be careful they didn’t put any oil in my vehicle got it serviced in October of 2023 after visiting that location all my indicators started to come!!!! THEY WILL PREFER A
Diagnosis but they’re just taking your money & also I see chip damage on my hood that wasn’t there before 2024 visit yes I inspect for damages every time before entering my vehicle JUST GO TO A DEALERSHIP!!! Also my oil was bone dry from my October 2023 service….

This is a busy place, so expect wait times. Last time I was here, I booked an appointment online for first thing in the am. The manager met me at the door. They did the check within an hour. It was not good news for me, but they were completely honest, not pushy and had several good recommendations. Will use them again.

Over priced oil change $90 for a basic one ??, and no one approached me and asked of I needed service, had to get out and find someone. Took all of 15 minutes just to get this info and there was a 2 hour wait. I left and went to take 5 down the street. Half the price and took 10-15 minutes and they were friendly.

Dustin was amazing to work with and super knowledgable and transparent about the service recommendations for my vehicle. He made sure my car was taken care of! I called on Friday 3/8 to make an appointment for an alignment and state inspection. I was quoted a price of $114.00 for the alignment and then the standard price for the inspection. I set the time and on Saturday 3/9 I arrived and at first the guy at the desk didn't remember talking to me but then he recalled it when we discussed the services I was there for. He once again gave the price of $114.00 for the alignment and tried to upsell me to the lifetime alignment for about 200. I declined and was about to hand over my keyfob when he told me that the cost would be $159 plus the inspection. I told him that he had just said $114 and he told me that I was wrong and argued with me about it. I told him that I'd take my business somewhere else and left. Very argumentative and rude and I won't go back while he's there. His nametag stated his name was Momo.
