DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!! would give them a BIG FAT ZERO if it were an option. I took my car in for a wheel alignment. The tech took my sportscar for a joyride gunning my motor and speeding out of the parking lot. Customers witnessed it and asked if it was my car they heard. They then told me when the tech returned from his joy ride, the car was too low to get on the rack. The tech, knowing the car was low drove it to park it hitting the speed bump in the parking lot without even slowing down. Upon looking at my bumper I noticed the bottom was cracked and partially hanging off on one side. Firestone is denying their negligence and that it happened even though there were witnesses both customers and employees. BEWARE OF FIRESTONE!!!

Vehicle inspection. 45 minutes total time I was there.. Price its fair. People were friendly. The facility sitting area is clean and comfortable.

I took my car to this store, and they quoted me 1600$ to change headlight high beam repair. I said I'm not going to do that now because it's a lot. Worth saying they juat fixed bounch of stuff the week before for 1190$!!!!!! I told them just take care of the thermostat for now that they said doesn't work!!!!! The day after, when I picked up my car I noticed all my lights were not working. I called them. He said, "Oh, there is recall on high beam on your Elantra, and you may want to call Hyundai dealership, and they will change it FREE for you. He easily could have told me before trying to charge me 1600$ for that. What A SCAM THIS STORE IS. Also, they always are late to give your car back.HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.TRY TO SCAM CUSTOMERS WHILE THEY COULD HELP.Hyundai took my car and repaired it for FREE!!!!!!!

I picked up my rental from Lyft Express drive today and got the opportunity to come visit their partners over at Firestone to get my state inspection and 2 new tires so that way my passengers and all make it safely to our destinations! Aaron over at Lyft referred me to Kevin but he was on lunch when I arrived and Nikki was so helpful and got straight to work on vendor approvals to get the process expedited and make sure that I can start taking rides as quickly as possible rather than waiting for Kevin to finish lunch. DO NOT GOT HERE I have had so many negative experiences here I don't know where to begin. I live close so it's always my first choice but they have consistently made problems with my car worse, if you're lucky enough that they eventually fix it it will still be with the cheapest parts, the worst advice and the slowest technicians. Their mechanics are untrustworthy, incompetent, and will not listen to your needs or address your concerns, if you want things done your way you have to literally handhold them through the entire experience. I have never once left this place feeling more secure than I did when I walked in, take my advise, DO NOT GO HERE

Tried to over charge for the service almost by 120$, once I cross checked in online then they informed me that there was some mistake in system and told me the correct amount.The work was unprofessional, leading to wasted time. Informed me that it will be done in 25-30min for just oil change and made almost 2hrs to do it. Due to this time I missed my dental appointment.They mishandled handled my windshield, by causing damage to the previous mileage sticker.Checking YouTube in order to reset the service sign in odometer dashboard. Even customer can do that while watching YouTube or any videos, what’s the use of service from Firestone??Complete Impolite behavior while talking to a customer.Concern team check the footage and acknowledge this issue.

Very bad service. I went for engine oil change, they done the work but they missed to set back the splash shield properly, it gives the noise on the road. I went the next day, they fixed it but it takes my half day.

horrible place - dishonest - they do not honor warranty.The lady at the front desk is very rude and condescending and racist.Had a new battery put in 4 months ago. Yesterday, my car would not start when leaving for work. I called AAA for a Jump and they tested the battery and it was under 9 and you need 12W to start the car. Also, they tested my starter and alternator and no issues.I then took my car to Firestone (Since I have a warranty on this battery). The lady was super rude and said she had to charge me $35 for diagnostics to confirm that my starter and Alternator are not bad. So, I paid that. They both came back good. Yet, they said the battery came in over 12 and so, they will not replace.I left there and took it to Sam's and they tested it and said it was bad and so paid out of pocket to get a new battery put in.They even said that Firestone is known for not honoring their Battery or Tire Warranties and that they will cheat the report and get a battery to test good when it is bad.DO NOT USE THEM.DISHONEST to the CORE.

April of 2023 I came to this location after having all brand new brakes installed on my truck at a different location. This was the THIRD set of brakes put on my truck as of April 2023 due to other Firestone locations incorrectly installing my brakes two separate times. Came here after multiple brake inspections, and found out the the "brand new brakes" were "damaged". Paid the difference to "upgrade", and didn't ask any question because I just wanted it done correctly. It has been 6 months, and I have been in and out of this store due to very heavy brake squeaking, and occasional shaking when braking. I have been told time and time again that there is nothing wrong. It does not matter how hard or soft I apply brakes, they squeak from the time I touch the pedal until I release it, EVERY TIME. I have a full labor and material warranty through you all and would like NOT to take it somewhere else and pay more money. Customer service was great each time I visited but very annoying how I paid all this money and my brakes still don't operate as they are supposed to.

Went on 9/28 at 6 to get my tire checked out and was told that it was “too late” and to come back another time. Saw zero workers actively working in any of the bays. Guess they closed up shop early since it was Friday? Came again 10/2 around 2:30 on my lunch and was told the services I needed would take an hour to two hours and I was told that I could come back after work and they would make sure to help me then. Come back around 5:40 and was told again that I couldn’t be helped. Your employees shouldn’t tell people they’re going to make sure they get seen if they “come back later” if you’re just going to turn people away regardless.

I went to get my brakers checked. They were making a screeching sound. Not only did they not fix it, but also messed up my parking brake. Upon asking to recheck both, they didn't do anything.The brake inspection was supposed to be free but they said that they can only inspect if I purchase brake cleanup package from them.So all in all, I wasted good 4 hrs and $70 and came back with one more issue of parking brake.Totally clueless team. Won't recommend.EDIT: Even after sending email to the team for subsequent help, they havent reached back in last 2 weeks. Their customer service is truely pathetic.Service: Brake service & repair
