I come here all the time for tires and the people are great but they always end up doing something wrong like the past few times they had lost my wheel lock, broke my lights, messed up my alignment to the point where my wheel was turned all the way to the left and I was going straight and now have messed up my rims from trying to put brand new tires on

I'm really not the type of person to give compliments. But when it comes to integrity and trust Kevin (store manager) sits at the Pinnacle of those traits. I have yet to identify any problems with my vehicle and he know what he is doing

Bad experience didn’t tell me that they couldn’t do my inspection despite my engine being on until after they did the test. Went ahead and did test even though my engine light was on and made me pay just to tell me it’s a automatic fail smh

Went in with my check engine light on and they took my vehicle to check the code. What they did NOT do is tell me that it would be over $100 for them to do this. Save yourself the trouble and go to Auto Zone or O'Reilly's where it is FREE. They could have at least told me before taking my vehicle that they were going to charge me. Terrible customer service!!

Very disappointed with my experience here. Came in for new tires, and got taken for a ride on what I feel are bait and switch tactics. I was in a rush since it was closing time for them and had somewhere to be so I trusted the staff to get me a deal to which I found out I was paying over $500 more than I had thought I was paying. Life time alignment and hazard insurance which was from my understanding included not in addition. Additional charges from the alignment were not disclosed. I asked for a receipt emailed to review and I never got it. Came back to talk to someone about a refund or to fix this but there isn’t someone there to make these authorizations. Really would just like a refund at the point and go to discount tire.

You can never get accurate information from this location. Being told one thing on the phone and coming in to someone who doesn’t greet you and gives you a complete bogus answer as well as excuses as to why you can’t be accommodated in a reasonable amount of time. I stopped going to this location for this exact reason some time ago. It’s unfortunate that there isn’t any consistency in communication.

Doesn’t do any good to make an appointment ahead of time for right when they open because they’ll still tell you it’s 2-3 hrs when you get there. Very frustrating

Mr Kevin take care of me, he was about to close cause of the weather conditions and he told me he will do it! When the firestones down west told me they cant cause they were abput to close, please visit Mr Kevin and Joe they did a great Job

Unethical and irresponsible cheaters. They charged me 400$ for fixing something which was not broken and then asked me to go to Honda to get the actual problem fixed.

Unbelievably rude and unprofessional staff at Firestone. I went in to inspect a flat tire, and the worker acted like they were doing me some huge favor just by existing. The attitude was disgusting—sarcastic, dismissive, and downright lazy.
If you hate your job that much, don’t take it out on paying customers. I wouldn’t trust these clowns to screw on a hubcap, let alone fix a tire. I’ll never step foot in this place again.

Shouting at customers without any reason. Very rude behaviour. Person with spects don’t have minimum common sense how to deal with the customers. I think manager should take action against him. Very disappointed.

Really superb folks here. I had an emergency when my plastic shield under the engine came loose. I took it to Firestone and they got it in, put it up on the rack and cut the piece off. When I asked what the charge was, they said, 'no charge.' Very refreshing and I appreciated it. I will be returning there because they know how to treat customers.
