Is wonderful
I have been living in Irving for now six years
And I used to always go to the First Cash pawn on Jefferson
They were very nice just like a family to me on Jefferson so when I came to Irving and I started dealing with the First Cash Pawn Beltline, I did not know what type of service that was going to receive, but I am so grateful today that I can say they are a great Family and I am so glad that I feel like family too a very great team together

The guy that helped me Justin took all my jewelry gave me what I thought was a great price up until I saw my receipt where it breaks down everything that I get and some pieces were missing Are they allowed to do this?
If you take a lot of jewelry, please make sure you ask for the receipt where it breaks it down for you because he does steal the most expensive stuff and gives you the most money for some other stuff. The guy even wears all his jewelry at work. He probably has more than the counter itself.

Whereas other locations are not always helpful, this one is a stand out. I was able to get the amount I needed in no time at all with no hassle. Excellent customer service from Robin and it's clear Jack is running a great place of business in a awesome way. Almost forgot to mention the great selection of music instruments for sale. Five stars.

I went to another shop they offered me 25$ for this ring. So I came here and I had no problem the guy was nice we laughed he gave me 75$ for the ring I was satisfied. I was treated great no one was rude I didn't have to wait. I had a great experience I hope they take these drills when I go back lol

The customer service here is horrible. Waited outside for 10 minutes after the store says it’s open at 9 AM. If you don’t like your job, don’t come❗️
