The lines move quickly here and the tellers are knowledgeable about their business practices!
I love this bank and it’s conveniently located in Walmart and Krogers as well!!

It's always the same, they are very slow in the way they serve a client and they leave, they take their time, they have a lot of staff in there doing nothing, not to say another word!! Only one is the one who works, the others spend their time dancing to their music or talking instead of serving people and they still serve one badly and with bad answers. They should very much remove all of those and still put two but That they serve professionally, why do so many want them? If they are very unprofessional, the rest of them have no point in having people working like that!!

This bank is very ghetto, there is never enough staff and it says it is open here but the paper says it is open until eleven. What a way to waste time in general, the people who work here are friendly and professional, I think it is rather the management that organizes this bank that flat out does not give the payment and treatment that its staff deserves.

Most Inconvenient Bank there is, 4 people working only 1 teller open, there all just talking laughing. That one teller that is open is moving as slow as possible

I do not recommend this bank at all, they are thieves and some employees are accomplices, they never give a solution, they just say, call and you call and they never answer and when they manage to answer, they get angry and say that everything is fine when they know that they really steal the money that you can earn with your efforts. and the only thing they let you do is resign yourself to losing your money and closing the account because they don't even solve it and you wait for a solution and they charge you for the happy maintenance but it is pure total fraud the carma exists and one day they will pay what they accept with one and I hope many people stop putting their savings in this fraudulent bank

They ignore the people in line, very bad service, bad attitude, the actual managers only spend time chatting, eating and on the phone, think in changing bank...... ??

The employees are very slow mostly because they start having personal conversations with the customers even though they see a long line waiting I was in line a little over an hour, do not recommend using this branch

I’ve had to wait in line for an hour before because two or three of the employees are messing around in the back room instead of doing their job. There will be one or two tellers at the counter helping customers, while the rest of the employees are just joking around and not doing what they’re supposed to be doing, helping customers.

I have been with this bank for a few years, only because it is in Walmart and that is convenient for me because I deposit cash regularly. I call it First Inconvenience bank. I've already been in line for six minutes just to deposit my check. They have two tellers and four people in the office talking to each other. Part of the problem is they have so many customers sending money to other places. They should have a line for just people who want to deposit money. Do you not select this bank.
