Had all my needs met, friendly staff. Once my account was activated staff made it really easy to manage my money. Maria helped me with the information about my account, Darleen, Jasmine, Victor and Saray. Highly recommend to my family and friends.

I'm giving 1 Star due to customer service. I'm from out of town, and was at the Kroger located here, and the bank is on the inside. I used their ATM so that I have money to tip. It gave all 20's, so I asked for change. I was told unless I was a customer, I couldn't get change (Weird right)? Anywho after advising I used their ATM, and really needed help, they said i could get singles, so I got $20. A customer was kind enough to exchange another $20 for 2 ten dollar bills. The bank refused to give me any 5's. They truly gave me a hard time getting change. In Michigan a bank will give you change whether you're a member or not. They definitely do not pressure you to join just to get change. At least my credit union and FlagStar doesn't. Anywho, if anyone ever needs change, pack your patience or just don't come here. I definitely will never come here again. I'll bring more cash next time.

Extremely disappointed in the lack of consideration and care from Saray and Saran. They never advised me today deposit a "foreign" check and they it plus debited the amount from my checking account to see if was going to clear. I've NEVER not have a teller not tell me what they were going to do. Horrible customer service!

This is the worst location I have ever been to. I always have problems. Tellers and Managers alike do not know what they are doing. They take forever and just a waste of time. Spent my entire lunch break just trying to sign paperwork and got back late. Will never go back to this location and will NEVER refer people to open an account at this location. I literally have not had trouble at other locations. Just this one in particular. They defiantly need new Management and Employee's. If was able to post this without any star's I would. As they don't even deserve that. Even when I said I am done waiting. Never did the Manager even come out to apologize for the hold/ wait nothing. I will also being calling Corporate on this Branch. Have a great day!

They open business account but they are not give you change . They told me go to Bank of America cross street to get change. I ask for district manger , banker told me to call customer service and good luck with that. What is going on here?This location need new manager with experience. Out of control
