I read the top reviews before I visited Reza at his office and I had high expectations. Reza did not disappoint at all! I find Reza extremely sincere and helpful. His inventory of cars was impressive in terms of quality: All had low mileage, new exteriors and unbeatable prices! After we purchased the Hyundai Santa Fe (which we really like), Reza even helped me fix my old car door. Talk about going the extra mile! Reza, you are incredible. I simply cannot recommend you highly enough!

This place wasted so much of my time. I had been communicating with them for 5 days about a truck they had. If he mentioned the truck I was interested in had a salvage title in the original few conversations, I missed it. He sent me pics of the before and after and I was still ok with looking at the truck. From there it went downhill. Just about every time we talked, he would bring up his great reviews and how people spoke so good about him. I found it odd that he was good with cash and then I opted to pay with a cashier's check and that didn't go over well. At first everything was good but then on the fifth day, the day I was leaving from Austin to go to the Dallas for the weekend, he informs me he doesn't have a title in hand as he is waiting on it from TxDOT. I got really mad and asked him why he would wait until the last minute to tell me this. He tells me that I am being very negative about the situation, and I need to look at all of the people who say good things about him. We get pretty heated and then he lets me know that he is no longer interested in selling me the truck. Such a waste of time and to get mad at a potential customer because they are not happy about paying $20,000 for a truck and not getting a title right then. I am not sure if the guy is sketchy or not, but this is definitely not the way you do business. My good friend who owns a dealership says that that truck should have not been for sale until he has the title in hand. He said that TxDOT could easily say that other things may have to be done to issue a title, and it could be weeks or months before you get a title. In the world that we live in today, there is no way I'm trusting someone because they say, "trust me I have good reviews". Be careful with this place.

I would give him 10 stars if I could! REZA’s business is definitely “champagne in a beer bottle”! The location is not the “norm” but his service is amazing! Reza was completely honest about how he purchased the vehicle and the work he did to it. If you need a preowned vehicle call this man! I will buy my next vehicle from him! Thank you ?

I flew in from out of town and purchased a low mileage vehicle. This vehicle was exactly as described. The owner picked me up from the airport and took care of everything until I drove away. He has followed up multiple times to ensure my satisfaction even though there have been zero issues. I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from this business.

Bought a car from Mr Reza here at 5 star auto. I would highly recommend this place for a car. Process was easy and more than fair. Cars are as is. Had a problem with turn signal switch a week after I bought it. Just by chance I called Mr Reza and told him about it he said bring it over and he took care of the problem. No charge. Very pleasant experience.

Over the past 3 years, we have bought 3 cars from Five Star Auto Sales for our 3 teenagers. We are very happy with all three vehicles - all have been reliable and have given us no problems. The value is hard to beat and we feel good about our kids driving them. Reza is top notch and a pleasure to work with. Well worth the trip from Kansas City (where we live) to do business with Five Star!

My wife and I recently drove all the way from a small rural town in Oklahoma to Irving Texas (about a 200 - mile trip) to purchase a vehicle, (a 2013 Honda CRV with only 27,000 miles – which looks and drives like a brand-new car) from Reza. Our entire experience, save for the drive through Dallas, TX, was simply amazing. Reza made sure we had all the information on the vehicle, including Carfax and before and after photos, that he could possibly provide. He explained that he only purchases cars from auctions with minor body damage and low miles. Then he does any repairs needed to transform the vehicles he sells into nothing less than show pieces. The car we purchased, at a very reasonable price I might add, not only appeared flawless down to every detail, but drives like a dream. Reza, was so gracious on the phone and in person. He is such an honest man, who truly puts his customer’s needs first and foremost, - such a rare quality nowadays. His craftsmanship is only surpassed by his integrity. The car we purchased looks amazing, drives like a dream and was even supplied with a full tank of gas by Reza before our trip back to Oklahoma. We are more than pleased with the product and the whole car buying experience from Reza. We cannot recommend him or his products more highly. How he conducts his business truly honors God.

I had such an incredible and smooth experience here! I bought a 2010 Cadillac CTS, with only 20,000 miles. it runs flawlessly! Reza sent me the carfax history report before I even arrived! He is a very honest businessman and made sure I received everything I needed. I am more than happy with my vehicle. I will definitely be going back for future purchases. My experience purchasing a used car for my teenage daughter with Reza at Five Star Auto Sales was outstanding! Reza was friendly, hospitable and completely transparent in explaining his business model for locating and restoring low mileage used cars. He also took us on a detailed tour of his shop and explained how the process works.Regarding the car we purchased, he provided us with before and after restoration pictures and historical maintenance reports. After answering our questions, he gave us the keys and told us to take as long as we wanted to drive it around to ensure we liked it. We loved it! The process for purchasing the car, including taking our trade-in, was a quick, efficient and no hassle experience. We received our title and license plates in a timely manner and my daughter is thoroughly enjoying the driving experience!I’ve already recommended Five Star Auto Sales to several family members and friends, including the Pastor at my church. I will definitely reach out to Reza in the future for all my low mileage used car purchasing needs!

I bought a vehicle from Reza in February. I traveled by bus 20 hours from northern Iowa to make this purchase. Reza is very easy to work with. I'm very pleased with this vehicle. he picked me up at bus depot we drove to his place of business. The truck was very clean inside N out. We went for test drive came back to his office and finalized the purchase. When he realized the fuel tank wasn't full he gave me cash to put some fuel in. Then I drove home 887 miles. I'm pleased w/Truck and happy to say I have a new friend in Texas.
