Really liked the lady helping us . Wish I remembered her name. Came in with my little girl. She was very warming & kind. Made them feel comfortable. Was also super patient with the many shoes that they all tried on . bringing out 3 pairs every time

Today was my last straw with them. Sergio is one laziest assistant managers. I bought some shoes last month that had to be ordered. They were shipped to my house damaged. I took them up there and they reordered them and had them shipped to the store this time to make sure they were not damaged. Yesterday I picked them up. Today as I was looking at them again something seemed a little strange. I checked the box and it said 7 but the shoe was actually a size 5 When I went back today Sergio gave me the hardest time ever. Now mind you I come here all the time and I'm a VIP member. I did not want to reorder the shoes but he would not give me money back instead explaining I had to get a gift card without a receipt. Ummm sir this was not my fault that you all sent the wrong size. So instead of me getting crazy I just called the corporate office number. They were in just as much shock as me. I told them I was not leaving the mall without my refund. They emailed the store a copy of my receipt which was in my VIP account that they could have looked up. It's just bad for business when you have lazy workers.
