Very bad customer service.
6:30 pm I was overthere to buy crocs but they were 4 staff talking inside they don’t give me permission to pick it . I saw close time is 8 pm

Major athletic shoe retailer, I think they own pretty much most other retail shoe stores. Be cautious if you have your kids with you, they like to blast obscene rap music in a lot of these stores for whatever reason.

Came next day to pick up some 3s after reservation, manager said there was some left but he didn’t want to sell to us customers. But he rather let his coworker buy a pair. Corporate needs to do something about this.
