My adult kids moved in back in July of 2021 and it was ok for the first few months. I seen a “bug” that looked like a roach in the shower. The office was notified and they explained it to be a water bug. Then after 5-6 months things started to mess up or break down. My daughter notified the office and let them know that the light was out in the kitchen. The office staff asked them to put in a work order. After at least 4 months of cooking in the dark and washing dishes, the maintenance worker said the light bulb was out. Although my son offered to change it out he was told he could not touch it (understandable). Well it took another 5 weeks to replace the bulb. Then the disposal was broken. Another work order was places and again months of waiting to fix it . Then the sink was clogged so again repeating the same process and months of waiting! The faucet has a leak with the hot water and again the same process just to have it looked at. This incident was “fixed” prior but still has a steady flow. Therefore they have to repeat the process time and time again. We were eating dinner with them last night 1/27/25, since I’m visiting and I seen a roach above the stove. Picked my daughters up for brunch and she tells me when laying down for bed there was a roach on her pillow. They are tired of having to wait so long to get their apartment fixed. I’ve called the #’s that are online/google and a recording comes on and says please wait, then it begins to ring and it’s a FAX LINE therefore unable to lead any type of message. I tried to click on the website BUT that domain does not exist (as it said today but before it will say the website is down. Which has been down every time something needs to be repaired. My children are young adults 21 & 22 and I feel like they don’t take their concerns or complaints seriously. So they have given up. They try to have everything up to par when I visit, but there is always something that needs fixing every time I visit. ( I may visit 3-4 times a year). Sadly when I visit I get me a hotel (due to the bugs) although they want me to stay with them for my stay, it doesn’t happen. Their lease has expired, so not sure if that is why they are going through this.

Great Location with easy access to transportation! It maintains a quiet environment. Staff is super friendly and helpful!

Moved in on September 28th and it’s been fantastic so far! Very clean, maintenance requests have been prompt to respond, and everybody in the leasing office has been very helpful. Can’t complain!

They advise different pictures on web site then what the apartment looks like. $3600 to move in to an apartment. That's sad

I was set to move into this apartment but ultimately chose not to after a disappointing experience. The leasing process was disorganized, with unclear communication from management. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience!!!

Worse experience ever. Drove 2 hours from Tyler Texas with all my stuffs in u-haul in sep 18 the move in date. The apartment emails you the new move in date sep19 around mid day sep 18 when you are 10 mins away from apartment in uhaul. I stayed in motel an extra day to discover that my new apartment has not been cleaned thoroughly. I saw cockroaches, pets hairs, humans hairs in the windows corners. Broken windows, broken cabinets, dirty freezer, dirty gas heaters. I had to look for the new apartment after that.
Everything that happened to me and my family after their negligence is unacceptable. I didn’t see the feelings of sorry in the staffs faces. They were like it’s normal for them. But it is definitely not normal for the resident like us. Thank you for the worst experience I had with you all.

I am currently a resident here. So far, I love my apartment. We have had to enter maintenance requests, but they were completed quickly. Nicole took over our application, and she was very professional and understanding. I truly enjoyed working with her. So far I have enjoyed my stay here, our neighbors are so nice. The only concern is that just the parking lot is just very full, but you are still able to find parking.
