I was a frequent customer of Freedom Park...until the company refused to correct its errors.
(1) I asked for my vehicle not to be cleaned if it was raining. It was storming...they did not follow my direction.
(2) In not following my request, the FP employees vacuumed my ear bud, and the company refuses to correct their mistake. Perhaps my corporate card company will do so.
(3) Their driver used a ticket despite me ALWAYS traveling with a toll tag and noting my appointment as such. I ended up stuck in the rain, holding up angry traffic as I scrambled to find cash to exit.
(4) I recently received a bill from the DFW Airport for a trip where my vehicle was under the care of Freedom Park. My tolltag has been inactivated for the airport as a result.
These services cost too much for this level of frustration. DFW Valet has found a new client.

I have used FreedomPark dozens of times over the last five years and they have consistently delivered a five star experience. Every employee that I have come into contact with is friendly and polite they take excellent care of my vehicle and treated as their own. Highly recommend.

We just used the parking service and were charged more than I thought we would with all the extra charges they add. Much cheaper to just park in the terminal parking lot. At least your car won’t be driven around while you’re away. We had extra toll charges on our toll tag and the seats were all moved. Whilst very convenient at drop off and employees meeting us were great, we won’t be using this service again.Thank you for your reply. I was aware of some of the charges from the airport but I was more talking about the extra toll tag charges. What is frustrating is that it also means our car was taken and driven around for possibly the whole time we were away! Judging by everything being moved in the car not just the drivers seat.

I only use Freedom Parking. Friendly, helpful and reasonably priced. I like exiting the terminal and jumping into my vehicle.

We met our valet for drop off at 4am and when we returned again at 11:00 pm. Valet was there and waiting at both times. Very convenient!

Great service in total. The convenience factor of dropping off and having your vehicle ready for you upon return was well worth it. That being said, be prepared for sticker shock if you indulge in their other services. While the pricing on the car wash was acceptable, I was charged twice the rate for each quart of oil needed for an oil change. Oil change was almost twice as expensive as taking it elsewhere. Customer service lady that helped when I called to dispute was nice and even gave me a slight credit. But I won't be using the service for anything other than strictly valet parking in the future.

They continue to make it extremely easy flying in/out of DFW. It is hands down worth it.
