Freeman Mazda is now Norm Reeves. Customer service is not like she used to be……
Especially in the service department. They don’t really listen to you and don’t really seem to care if you’re taken care of.
I will give Stephanie in auto sales 10 stars…if I could. She’s the reason this was not a one star.

We had a great buying experience at Freeman Hyundai. My wife and I decided to upgrade our car from a sedan to an SUV, and our salesperson, Tori Cuevas, did a fantastic job in guiding us to buy the right car for our family needs from all the options we had. Tori went the extra mile in getting us a discounted price on the vehicle we chose to buy to match the price with a nearby dealership upon our request. We went there for the very first time, we are a Chevy family but this time we want it to try something different, and we just stopped to look around looking for a car for my daughter, as we're looking around, and all of the sudden this man comes out of no where (Tony in sales) saying if we needed any help! His vibes where so good, he was so nice, and funny, and guess what y'all we came out with a new car! go see my friend Tony in sales he was very helpful, he worked with us making an affordable monthly payment, he understood our needs, he even was so excited about my daughter getting a new car. On the financial side Steven help us and explain in details about the contract and final paperwork, go check out those boys they were awesome ????

I made an appointment to test drive a Mazda Miata hard too convertible and asked if my adult son could join me on test drive. That said sure, just needed to sign a form, show proof of insurance and driver's license.Emily was our sales person and she was nice and knowledgeable.
The car was very sharp, but I was surprised that it was Very dirty.
I am 6'2" and fit well in that small car with half to a inch of head clearance. I enjoyed the test drive, but at age 67 getting in and out of a small car that sits only 5 inches off the ground was a bit difficult and That was the deal breaker for me.
