Terrible bank. They are still holding a check after 7 days and can't give me a single reason why. I even talked to a manager. Avoid this place at all costs

I had one of the worst banking experiences at Frost Bank. I waited over 30 minutes just to be told they couldn’t give me any money. After handing over my ID and debit card, the banker first told me he couldn’t grant me the amount I requested. When I asked how much I could at least withdraw, he said none because “a large withdrawal just happened” and the branch was out of money. A bank saying they are completely out of cash is a lie.
Because of this I was late to opening my store, and now I am sitting at my business with no money to operate for the day. Not only did Frost Bank waste my time, they also made it harder for me to run my business.
I left feeling profiled and denied for no valid reason. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. I would like to speak to a district manager about this situation.
This happened Friday morning, October 3, 2025, after 10 AM.

Glad to have a Frost so close to home only missing a drive thru. I wish this branch could have had one, But the customer service has been nice every time.

Extremely inconvenient that they are closed for Juneteenth this is a financial institution and I have an emergency now that I cannot take care of because they are closed and I need to cash a check. So glad I didn’t get an account with these clowns. I will also be letting my employer know this since we have a corporate account too.

Pure laziness at this location there worse than me dropping Wells Fargo as a bank. They couldn't verify a check because it was written out from a car company. Yet I walk in and there's no customer no wonder. I think I'll stick with my Capital one bank from now on.

Construction in front of the door.. and they don’t have any sign posted if branch is functional or temp shutdown.. the door is locked during normal business hours.
