Friendly people very helpful and honest dealership. My go to when my vehicle needs service. It’s farther to travel but I trust them while tending to my Gensis. Rodney and Herman are great associates.

Patrick was awesome and did a great job of helping me get set up with a new car. He always made sure that the gas tank was 100% filled, even when he didn’t have to. Super nice man and happy I chose this dealership.

Unfortunately, my experience with the service department was extremely disappointing and consistent with previous visits. I initially scheduled a service appointment in September 2024 but had to cancel due to the immediate need for my vehicle. I followed up in November to be placed on the loaner vehicle waitlist and was later contacted in January with an available appointment and loaner scheduled for February.
After driving over an hour to the dealership, I arrived at the service department and was met with indifference. No one greeted me, and the front desk staff ignored me until I made a comment expressing my frustration. To make matters worse, I was then informed that the loaner vehicle I had waited three months for was unavailable. I was told I would receive a follow-up call once a vehicle became available. As of June, I have yet to receive any further communication.
This level of service is unacceptable, and it’s disappointing to see that the same issues persist over time.

Considered investing in a GV 80 Coupe. I built the car online and requested a quote. I received a call from Concierge who connected me with this specific dealership, i then received a call from Jay, the sales manager. A bit of a back story, my last vehicle (a 2025 BMW X6 M60i was totaled. Before investing in another one, I wanted to consider an alternative option, which is why I looked into these. Josh, was the sales associate who actually assisted me with my interest. My wife (who drives a Porsche ) and I test drove the car and decided we both were fond of it so we had the numbers ran. Nothing grinds my gears more than a low morale transaction. Josh was amazing by the way but the numbers ran by Jay raised several concerns as the MSRP online was increased by 1000, and a 1000 “discount” was added. There was an “accessory” fee of $2,295 and several other fees. When I queried on this particular fee I was told the fee was for window tint and clear edge door covers that were added by the dealership and not the manufacturer. When I expressed a concern, as this fee was not an option online with my build, the initial paper/number went back to Jay and came back with that accessory fee being about 1500. I still could not understand the fee as we were told the tint fee was 995. At this point I’m beginning to see through the con and no longer comfortable doing business here. Jay then comes out to provide a different reason for the fee in which it still did not make sense. But he did try his best to continue to feed me nonsense on a plastic spoon. I thanked him snd got up. He insisted on proceeding so I told him how I felt abt how they’re conducting business. In the midst of me expressing my concern he rudely cuts me off and says “ok, maam, you can leave now, have a good day.” Lol. I was flabbergasted. This experience gave used car dealership. Luxury dealerships in my opinion are straight shooters. Here you had not one but two tier 1 prospects that we’re interested in 90k vehicles ready today and you fumbled two opportunities. I have absolutely no idea how he became a sales manager. He has no integrity, no morale, and rude. Ill take my business back to where I came from. This is so unfortunate for Josh as he was a darling to work with. But Jay, I wouldn’t purchase a vehicle if he gave it to me for free.

Just bought my GV70 from Genesis and had an incredible experience thanks to Patrick Volcy. Patrick made the process smooth, transparent, and enjoyable. He was very knowledgeable on the vehicle as well. If you’re buying from Genesis, ask for Patrick. He’s the real deal. Highly recommend.

My gas door wouldn't open on my GV70, I tried to google and you tube how to fix it. My husband took the car to Norm Reeves and they went over and beyond to fix the problem so we could get gas. I thank you and we will be back for all our future repairs.

I bought a 2024 GV80 2.5T blue on black. BEAUTIFUL!!!! I’m so in love with it. Patrick was my salesperson and I mean he is damn good at what he does. He made the whole process so easy. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend Patrick & Genesis of Irving for your next car buying experience.
