I kinda like this store but I bought a shirt on Saturday and the cashier never put it in my bag. I definitely see it on my receipt and I’ve been calling but no one answers the phone. Definitely don’t want to drive all the way there and the cashier didn’t give a heads up.So long story short, I wasted money & the cashier stole my shirt

Don’t usually single out employees but Nikki was extremely rude and inconsiderate. Was double charged for a purchase and was spoken too like I was the idiot. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I got in line as a couple was checking out at 12:40 pm. I was the first person waiting. The cashier seemed new. A red haired woman with half her hair shaved came up to answer a question from the cashier at 12:50. She then went to the back. The cashier was checking out this couple until 1 pm. For that 20 minutes I was in line, the line grew halfway down the store. No additional help came until 1:03. Please do not leave a new cashier alone when it is busy. If you don't have another cashier, get the manager on a register to take care of your customers. By the way, no complaints about the cashier, only the policy of letting your customers wait in a ridiculously long line.

This is the third time in the last 2 years that THIS location has screwed me over. This most recent was my boiling point. They recently closed their dressing room but a few employees assured me that I could return whatever I didn't want within 30days. Two weeks later they tell me that policy no longer exists. DO NOT TRUST THE EMPLOYEES

The staff there are very friendly, there is one gentleman in particular who is very friendly and almost always greets me when I come in, he’s so friendly in fact that I’m usually tempted to buy something there because of that, and the prices are very reasonable and they are overall the cheapest store (and also the smallest) in the area.

Not crowded. Lots of space between aisles. Inventory organized by sizes. Moderate inventory. Only 1 employee.

With a very tidy appearance and a cheerful staff, thriftiness has never been so fun. Hours of surprises kept me dancing in isles while enjoying great music selections. Definitely coming hear more often.

That lady with glasses on the store was super disrespectful and rude. We were there at 8:50 and we were just there for one thing. She thought we were just to ruining everything. When we were just looking for different stuff which we as a customer have full right to do.

I was pleased with how they picked up/treated the stuff I brought to donate (vs. Salvation Army place), but some stuff that they actually sell inside of the store was just trash and needed to be simple thrown away, like really badly scratch Teflon pots, etc.

Very unprofessional

Wow, I found paradise in this Goodwill. Most thrift stores are pulling away from carrying and selling books. Not this one! They definitely weren't shy in their book selection. I spent a good portion of time perusing the shelves before moving on to the men's clothing section. Seven books and one shirt later ($20), I was ready to head back to Fort Worth. Yes, I did round up the total price to help with Goodwill's mission. Please do the same by shopping here. You won't regret it.
