The worst nail place ever. They do not care how long you’ve been loyal to them. 15+ years coming here. I came in with my little niece and they charged $53 for a French tip set for a little girl that’s 11!!!!!! Knowing they will not use as much product as they would on an adult. She finishes my toes and I let my niece go in front because I wanted the guy to do my nails because that’s who I want to do my nails because IM THE ONE PAYING! mind you there’s a lady that had came in and they asked what she needed done she said “take these nails off and get a pedi” ok so as she’s getting her pedi I’m thinking the guys gonna be done and be able to do my nails OH AND MIND YOU ITS MY BIRTHDAY AND I HAVE A FUNCTION TO ATTEND. Not that they care but how ugly so anyway he says something in the lines of “she had an appointment” no she didn’t because yall had to ask what she needed when she walked in. So he proceeds to do her nails…on top of that I’m a great tipper I'm such a great tipper that last time the man in here had to run out and give me some of my money because he said it was too much. I will never ever come here again. Oh and you may want to video record the service you get because she will switch up the price towards the end or you can even get the same thing every time and they will switch up the prices to whatever they feel like it.

I was come here all the time, even when I moved away from Irving. I appreciate their attention to detail and voicing how much the service is before performing so there is no surprises!! I recently went to get my toes done before my baby shower. It wasn’t packed. My service was $50, as I got a French tip. My left big toe was curved slightly off and I didn’t have time to have her fix her. She didn’t rush but I can notice it. But I still TIPPED $3, making my total $53. I got a notification later that they changed my tip to $8 instead!!! Imagine trusting someone with your bank information and they turn around and take what they want !!!! I was going to up there but I’m going to let the $5 go however I’m super disappointed in this type of behavior and will not ever return. EVERYONE PLEASE BE WARE OF THIS SHADY STEALING ESTABLISHMENT

I’ve gone to this nail salon for almost 20 years and I LOVE it! Y’all should go and let Dee or Liam do your nails. They stay busy and an appointment is recommended. Hands down the best hidden salon in Irving!

Horrible customer service! They open at 10:00 AM, I arrived at 10:30 for a walk in. There was no other customers in the salon and 1 employee. I told her what I would like to have done and she asked me to have a seat and wait a few minutes. After watching her clean her salon and fill up each stations chemicals as if I wasn't sitting there waiting for 15 minutes I walked out, it wasn't until that moment that was when she wanted to help me. I ended up going to Hermosa Nail Bar and had an amazing experience with absolutely gorgeous nails!
