To begin, I usually get my hair cut at Great Clips and have been having my hair cut by them for most of my life starting in early childhood. I have always had pleasant experiences going to Great Clips, and today was no exception. I was served by Brandon because I needed a haircut for my work. This was a great experience. The ability to check in online is a great feature, and the staff are always extremely friendly. I was in and out the door in less than 20 minutes. Finally, the prices are within anyone's budget and the haircuts are premium quality. I would highly recommend Great Clips to anyone!

Brandon has gave me the best haircut I’ve ever received from great clips. It didn’t take much for him to understand exactly what I wanted and he delivered perfectly. He was friendly and quick and precise. Can’t ask for more. Thank you Brandon.

The manager is extremely rude and incompetent! This place used to be good now it’s terrible!! Owner should change the staff . Do not get your hair cut done here it’s horrible- even kids hair cut they are incapable of doing a good job !

Took my husband today, 3/1/24 to get a haircut. Young lady named Nidia cutting his hair was very professional and did a great job. When she was finishing up the manager started calling her out in front of several customers for tapping her comb on her clippers! He went on reprimanding her for a few minutes and had her very upset and proceeded to mock her by doing the same!!! I was livid and quietly asked her if he was the manager and how unprofessional that was of him! He overheard the conversation and proceeded to be rude to me. I told him you NEVER reprimand your employees in front of customers. He told me he would do whatever he wanted to! I told him I would write my review and contact corporate about his behavior! He kept spouting off at me until my husband told him not to say another word! He cut my husbands hair the first visit and did a horrible job! I have never seen anyone so disrespectful to an employee! This poor lady Nidia is working in a hostile work environment and immediate actions should be taken against this manager. Las Colinas Texas at approximately 1pm. Manager is a bully to say the least!

Very Rude,When asked to trim the hair further, the rude man says it doesn’t make any difference even if he cuts further.And he demands for tip, and he said that tips is how make money and he said that it is mandatory.Tip is something we should give if we like the service.Worst great clips experience I have ever had.

Rude shameless man who cut the hair. Incorrectly cut hair. No courtesy. No decency. Incorrectly and unevenly cut the hair. When I said it was clearly uneven. He asked for more money as tip. Clearly there are people who need to be fired in the salon.

Horrible staff, horrible owner and worst human beings....I am taking time to write this review and wasting almost whole sunday trying to get a haircut for my son. I checked in at 11:30AM to get a haircut for my son. I was told that I will get a text message when it is time to come back to the saloon. A text message came at 1:29PM asking us to come. We were there in less than 5 minutes. The lady at the reception can't find my son's name on the list. I showed her the text message I received. She said she had to add him back to the wait list. When I said something wrong with their system, a male stylist walked over and started being rude and unprofessional. He asked me to leave if I can't wait and wait times are only estimates. I asked to speak to the owner. When I explained the whole situation to the owner, the owner with out an apology or any concern, simply said "Technology is not reliable".This shows how much they care about customer service or value the time of other human beings.

I got for the hair cut on wednesday. Its started well but at last the lady cut short my hair in 3 different length. Starting from center she cut it extremely short while leaving both the sides longer.I don’t know what the owner managers are doing having such staff who knows nothing except moving trimmer and scissors randomly.Pathetic. I don’t know how to get this correct now.
