The only thing salvageable, the reception assistants are very kind to most of those I speak to but I only give them one star because the veterinarian is terrible, he does not take the time to clarify doubts as a client, he does not take into account the emotional problem that is to lead to A sick pet gave me a few drops for my puppy and an antibiotic that turned out to be worse after 7 days. My dog did not want to eat, his problem was getting worse and I took him back so he would just tell me to continue the treatment, it got even worse for Good luck, I took him to another clinic named Edgefield Animal Clinic where the veterinarian Ali stabilized my pet, gave him serum, a good antibiotic and an adequate solution. In 3 hours my dog began to eat as if nothing had happened apart from concrete solutions to my dog's problem only for those people who see their pets worse with the treatments given in this clinic I hope they look for a second option as I did for That their furry friends can continue to be happy and that they are next to them, not everything is the business of making money at the expense of the suffering of others, be more ethical and empathetic with our pets, which are our children.

My daughter, son and Son in law took their kitten Butter to this location on 6/21/2022. PLEASE DON’T TAKE YOUR PET HERE. My daughter called to get a update from the kitten since it got hospitalized, they told her the kitten was ready to go home and she was active. Once my daughter brought the kitten home she tried feeding it and it wouldn’t eat nor drink, the poor kitten started having seizures and my daughter and her husband took the kitten immediately to VCA in Irving and they immediately called a code and started helping the kitten but unfortunately the kitten didn’t make it she may Rest In Peace. I REPEAT DONT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE. As You can see that’s their little kitten she had to get out down to sleep because they tried everything they could. Butter 6/22/2022 will always be remembered.

Posting this for awareness. This is not my pet but someone’s who went there recently. If you’re the doctor responsible or vet technician responsible for mutilating this pet. You deserve you lose your license and never be around animals. In no way shape or form should a pet suffer like this for a medical grooming appointment. Regardless if the pet was sedated or not and in fact, if the pet was sedated there should be NO marks at all. If it wasn’t sedated, the “professional “ in charge should have known when to stop trying and to reschedule the appointment for a later time following proper procedure. Like I stated in the beginning of this review, this isn’t even my pet and I felt more than inclined to speak up. THIS IS NOT OKAY, whoever did this should be ashamed of themselves.

Do NOT take your animals here. This is a place of ABUSIVE AND COLD HEARTED WORKERS. It was publicized that the places name was changed from this hospital name to another name “shady grove animal hospital” but sharing bc it’s the same workers. Not sure if shut down or not, but IT SHOULD BE. I’ve heard multiple horrific stories. This is a dog’s before and after pictures from a haircut. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL PEOPLE. Karma will come.

Every single person at Guadalupe animal hospital has been nothing but amazing to me and my cat butters. My cat was misdiagnosed at the VCA in Irving and close to losing his life but the vet here has went above & beyond to not letting that happen. VCA told me March 11 my cat had a broken pelvis and leg but that wasn’t true. After spending time at Guadalupe hospital my cat is walking (of course no broken bones) and is already healing properly from a massive wound the VCA clearly missed. I can’t thank the staff and doctor here enough. Y’all truly care for our fur babies and it shows!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! They changed their name due to killing so many peoples pets. It’s now called shady grove animal hospital and the name is very fitting. They have multiple lawsuits coming their way.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They also now own Shady Grove Animal Hospital. Don't go there either. If you want to cry then read all the horror story reviews & go somewhere else.

BEST VET Ever!!! I took my 4-lb Yorkie to Guadalupe Animal hospital and the doctor there saved my baby, he was having seizures the night before I had taken him to Custer McDermott Animal Hospital and all they did was prescribe my baby with pain medication, they wanted to take $3,500 off my pocket to leave him overnight, but next morning I took him to Guadalupe and vet did everything that was on his hands to saved my baby and he did!!! My baby is back to being his normal self, like nothing had ever happened and the injury he had was pretty serious before taking him to Guadalupe. Thank you Dr and Staff, love that they been constantly checking up on Prince.

The receptionist was ok. It was a bit hectic inside due to I'm guessing being short staffed, receptionist/nurse was answering calls, taking vitals, rooming guest and their pet. However I did over hear a remark from receptionist saying after getting off the phone "If you have an appointment at 11 dont expect to be seen right at 11". I get it some people work well under pressure but one thing for sure be a little bit considerate as the walls are thin and you may not have been talking about me and my pet as my appointment was at 11 but I do know that she took a call from a person whose pet needed stitches to be removed and asked how long was the wait going to be. But it could have been intercepted in a very wrong way. I didn't say anything cause again I don't know if the comment was for my appointment or the lady who was being worked in cause she needed to have her pets stitches removed but when knowing that you are dealing with possibly loosing your pet and then have to not only have your daughter present but have to explain to your other kids at home your pet didn't make it. No one knows what daily battles we deal with however overall the receptionist was ok. This goes to the lady who wanted to be worked in: Its just sad that you as a adult was selfish and inconsiderate. The vet just seemed like he just wanted to get us putting our pet down done and over with. Didn't leave any room for us to grieve. I now wonder had I of just taken him else where, would he still be alive?

The vet was very rude, and they absolutely overcharge . I took my dog here to get a small surgery and some stitching sone and I’m not kidding I paid a total of $944 which to me is way too much. I’ve check other places after wards and they were charging way less. Anyways I will not recommend this place. The price is not even good? Plus is so outdated.

would give no stars if i could. DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE. THEY WILL NOT BE UNDER GOOD CARE. this doctor needs his license removed. My friend just lost her baby because of this place and giving incorrect diagnosis. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Money hungry doctor.
