Terrible. 3 times now they have "lost my clothes". My husband went to pick up clothes today and they said to pick up on Saturday (today is Friday). They once again could not find them. I had him go back and explain the clothes. They put it under a COMPLETELY different number. Also they "donated" my clothes because they were there for 2 weeks when apparently they are only supposed to do that after a month. Very disorganized. Do not recommend. This was my final straw (should have switched way earlier clearly!!!)

HOLES!!! Ruined my cashmere sweater. Odd, tiny black litter/specks debris along the fold of the sweater where it lays on the hanger and around the holes. The plastic bag had some of the tiny black specks on it also. Yvonne was so rude, immediately made up excuses to deflect blame. A 2nd sweater had the same debris on it, but did not have holes. I do not take my clothes to the cleaners to have it returned with debris! Yvonne would not give me an email address to send in pics to a manager. I will never return.

I will not be back! Been a customer for over 6 years and the change of management has led to poor customer service, and nickel and dime tactics. Charging extra for literally unbuttoning 1 button on my shirt. The lady at the front desk is super rude got upset that I wanted my dress shirts laundered instead of all dry cleaned. Again nickel and dime tactics!Service: Laundry wash & fold

Terrible. Do not bring dry cleaning here. I dropped mine off and the woman at front desk told me to pick up Monday. I came Monday at 3. They said I needed to come after 5. No problem. I just waited until the next morning. I went and they were still not ready claiming I dropped off the clothes Monday (absolutely not true). They did apologize for the inconvenience and I said I would be by after 5pm. We went to pick up and they were closed (well before actual closing time). Someone finally answered and THEN said cash only!!! ******Absolutely terrible terrible terrible service. DO NOT BRING CLOTHES HERE

Good quality dry cleaning and alterations. I’ve gone only a few times since moving to Dallas, but each time I find service to be quick and effective. I did have one pair of pants returned to me that became untailored, but after I let staff know they fixed it for me without charge. I plan to continue service there.Service: Alterations
