We have been customers since the late 2000s. Sad to say the level of service has declined significantly in the last few months. They had a change in daily staff and operations . Same day service which was offered for years is no longer offered . They had to be reminded four times to get the starch level correct on my shirts . Will be seeking a full service alternative

I had such a great experience at this dry cleaning store! The service was quick, professional, and very friendly. They handled my gown with real care, and it came back looking fresh, spotless, and perfectly pressed. The staff made me feel welcome right away and even offered helpful advice on fabric care. Prices are fair, and the turnaround time was faster than I expected. It’s rare to find this level of quality and customer service these days—I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to family and friends.

Great cleaners! The staff is super friendly, service is always quick, and my clothes come back looking perfect every time. They handle everything with care, from everyday items to delicate fabrics. Pricing is fair and the quality is consistent. Definitely my go-to place!

This place will lose your clothes and just tell you tough luck. There are plenty of over priced cleaners to go to, skip this one.

I have been going here for more than 12 years, used to love this place when Andre was there. He was super nice and kind. The new lady at the counter is super rude. It has happened last 3 times. They used to do same day if you dropped early within half hour of them opening; they don’t even do it anymore, even though their receipt still prints it for same day. I will be going elsewhere inspite of this being the closest to my place.

Walked in the door 6 minutes before close and the lady at the counter blew me off. It was my first time in the store so I had to be set up as a customer in the system, so she was mad that we would have to go through that process. I was just planning on dropping off a few shirts. I understand that maybe it isn't the greatest feeling to have someone walk through the door right before closing, but if y'all close at 7, then please take customers until 7. Otherwise, please update your maps to say you close at 6:54pm.

Terrible. 3 times now they have "lost my clothes". My husband went to pick up clothes today and they said to pick up on Saturday (today is Friday). They once again could not find them. I had him go back and explain the clothes. They put it under a COMPLETELY different number. Also they "donated" my clothes because they were there for 2 weeks when apparently they are only supposed to do that after a month. Very disorganized. Do not recommend. This was my final straw (should have switched way earlier clearly!!!)
