I’ve been seeing Fabian for massage therapy and have always had a great experience. The location is convenient, the space is clean and welcoming, and the staff are friendly and professional.
Even after moving and trying other therapists closer to home, I find myself coming back to Fabian. I commute an hour each way through heavy traffic, and my back and neck often pay the price. Fabian always listens to the areas I mention and somehow manages to incorporate them into a full-body massage that leaves me feeling completely relaxed.
His technique is gentle yet effective, and I often find myself drifting off during the session. I appreciate how consistent and attentive he is—never rushed, always focused. It’s a reliable experience every time, which is hard to find.

Massage was cut short, I called due to traffic. Lobby was empty and they stated they had other customers. I saw my massage guy getting in his car leaving right after. It looks like they are struggling for business but they really don’t care about customers. I won’t be returning.

Damien gave me the best massage I’ve ever had! He’s knowledgeable in his craft and took the time to figure out what I needed his help with, then did the work to make me feel so much better! Already pre booked my next appointment.

Love this place when it comes to massages, they are amazing and take very special care. The intake form is one of the best I’ve seen from massage companies. They even have you click a button if you want a “quiet session”.

Fabian and James were wonderful today! James made my guy fall asleep and snore during our couples session and Fabian had my body totally relaxed after a long day of work!! We will be back for them!

I am enjoying my membership with Hand and Stone. Getting a massage once a month has been great! All of the massage therapists I have had have been very good! I have also enjoyed getting gift cards for friends and family. They have enjoyed the Irving Hand and Stone also.

I choosed classic facial spa, it was quite relaxing though but not worth it for the rate it’s been charged, I haven’t seen any change of dark spots on my skin, my skin showed up to be well moisturized but I didn’t see any brightening or glowy kind of look. I was charged $100 - basic facial and under eye care, and was consulted with good products - consulted with products and that seemed to be less on Amazon compared to there store, overall it was good but not that worthy.

Been a loyal customer for 2 years, because I do like my masseur Eliseo. Anna however, was rude and asked me to pay more when I requested for more pressure. The owner, Jeff, also said I am “not allowed to book any more last minute deals.”
Why does it state on your website but I am not “allowed” to use them?
Overall, I will not tolerate this behavior and treatment for HIGH PRICING and mediocre massages. Take your money somewhere else folks…
