They called to confirm my appointment and stated that they no longer accept my insurance however its still on their website . They stated i can either change insurance or cancel my appointment . Sure let me find another provider before tomorrow’s appointment.I asked if they could give a referral for another doctor and they said no theres nothing they can do. If you no longer take my insurance you should have reached out prior to the day . before . And perhaps you should take CIGNA off your website if you no longer take it . I offered to pay for the appointment so i could keep seeing my doctor but they said we know you have insurance so we cant accept that. Just livid with the customer service and not helping out . I will miss Dr Budhani as he was a wonderful doctor

Bad services. I wish I can give 0 star. long wait time for any type of visit. Make sure you take the appointment and you have your all day because appointments are only for check in. And you or front seat don’t know when your doc. will give you a visit. Take your all day if you book an appointment. They are never on time. Switching my primary care..

This place is a joke. Every single time we get an appointment for insulin there’s always an issues with either the digital refill doesn’t get to the pharmacy or the refill amount is off. Like figure it out. Then, we got to jump through hoops so the refill isn’t messed up insurance wise. I have no insulin right now.

Rosanna Battad is rear and pleasant treat. In my 63yrs I never meet a health provider that take the time to know an individual. She answer all my questions before I ask! I have anxiety issues and no real trust in our health care system! God sent me an angel! Her kindness and caring and patience vibes makes me trust again. I feel like I should pray for her as I do 24/7 for my own family. I believe in my heart I am not special, she does this with every patient! I love her.

HCAT will gave me appointment and when I reached there, a lot of people were given the same appointment. After they called me inside, I had to wait for 2 hours till my doctor came. And since there were a lot patients, she barely stayed for 5 mins and rushed to another room. I thought HCAT had good reputation, but it's better to go a smaller clinic.

Dr. Maria Biard, PA Melissa Canter, and NP Kierra Smith are truly the best medical providers I have ever had. I have the same trust for all three of them and have been coming here for years despite living further away. I always feel heard with any medical concerns and always feel safe and taken care of. I genuinely feel so lucky to have such amazing medical providers.

Terrible, I haven't had any luck, I think I had to leave because the appointment is at 2:45, even though I arrived 30 minutes early, it's 3:30 and there is no attention, the only thing they say is that the assistants can help me. It is a fact of respect because one works, to pay for the insurance it is not free, you have to ask for permission at work and they make you lose it. Total disrespect.

No respect for patient time! Every visit we have to wait at-least 60 to 90 min to see doctor irrespective of the appointment time

This place treated my girlfriend terribly. They cancelled her appointment on her twice. The first time was random, the second time was because they provided incorrect driving directions and she was a whopping 5 minutes late to her appointment time. And then they have the nerve to try to charge her $50 for a missed appointment when they are the ones who provided incorrect information that lead to her being 5 minutes late. Don’t bother with this place.

Seems at the least the nurse practitioner’s knowledge and capabilities here is in major questioning. After what she discussed with my wife I would be embarrassed of myself if I were in her coat… I think she needs some intense self reflection.

Dr. Biard is a great provider. Seen her several times and has listened to my concerns. My insurance offers yearly preventative exams & my job had a special point program for having good measurements.I tried to schedule an appt with my doctor but she was all booked up for several months. They offered me a visit with a Jessica Daniels (PA) and I agreed.I told her I was doing my annual exam. She asked me if there was something specific I was concerned about & I mentioned I had a slight raised number I had in my bloodwork a year ago and wanted to check if levels has improved. I asked her to sign a form for my point program, further affirming that i was doing an annual visit for preventative exams. Visit was probably 5-10 min long.> However, that’s not how she entered it into the system. She reported it as a “follow up visit” instead of a preventative exam. Therefore, all services and lab work was subjected to my deductible. I called my insurance and they confirmed that all the services provided would of been completely covered if they coded it as preventative. I called billing to recode it as preventive, not follow-up. It took 3 months to get a straight answer. Every other week I was calling to check if they had changed it - “not yet, they’re still reviewing it”.At the end, they sent my bill to collections and still hasn’t given me a straight answer. I had to end up paying almost $400 out of pocket for all lab work and ridiculous office fees ($315 outpatient visit fee) adjusted down to $155 with my insurance. and then another $200 for lab work.> So, if you have no problems, great office. Quick check in, quick visit. If you end up with billing problems, you’re in trouble. Billing office is clearly understaffed, which causes issues. But ultimately, the physician assistant was responsible for selecting the right codes and left me with a bill.

The nurse practitioner thinks they are doctors who will diagnose you without conducting any tests. But they want u to keep a straight face while they spew vile. Cindy Peters is a snarky and rude practitioner who don't listen to patients rather tells u what she believes. She's very rude along with her nurse staff. I will not be coming back here. Search for better facilities that won't judge you or Snicker amongst each other talking about the patient. Highly unprofessional.

I got referred to this place for a MRI, upon I arrived to the front desk I stated I do not have insurance and I am cash payment patient. The lady said we can do the MRI for $462 and I said ok and handed her my DL and CC for payment. I just now got a bill for $1,055.00 and I called and ask them for what is this bill? they could not figured it out why I was getting billed when I paid what they told me when I was in their office.I stated to the CSR:They never told me the MRI was $1,517.They never told me I was just paying a portion of it, otherwise I would have not done here with you all and I would have find another place. They should notified clients what the full amount for their services are in that way we know we have an upcoming bill or just find a different clinic to get services. I have tried to get ahold of the office and no one responds to my calls. DO NOT GET SERVICES AT THIS PLACE FIND ANOTHER OPTION.
