My experience buying my first car with Drew was truly amazing from start to finish. He was patient, straightforward, and made sure I understood every step of the process. I never felt rushed or pressured, and he answered every question with confidence and honesty. Drew went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable and excited about my purchase. I’m so grateful for his help, and I’d recommend him to anyone looking for a smooth, stress-free car-buying experience.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience with this dealership was disappointing from start to finish and I feel it’s important to share.
The initial part of the process was smooth. I came in already knowing the type of car I wanted, and the salesperson helped me find it quickly. However, once we got to the finance department, everything slowed down. I sat there for over an hour while they repeatedly told me that their systems were “running slow.” It felt unorganized and unprofessional, but I still proceeded because I trusted their claim that every car goes through a thorough inspection.
Two days after purchasing the vehicle, the oil light came on. I took the car to a mechanic, and that’s when everything became concerning. I was told that the oil light triggered because the car had too much oil in it and that the vehicle was leaking oil. The mechanic specifically mentioned that it looked like the dealership had overfilled the oil, possibly to keep the leak from showing up right away. That immediately raised serious questions about the trustworthiness of this dealership and their so-called “inspection process.”
Thankfully, they have a 7-day return policy, so I decided to return the vehicle. ($200 return fee) I even called the day before to let them know I would be bringing it back first thing in the morning. I arrived as soon as they opened — and still ended up waiting two full hours for someone to assist me. The salesperson, James, kept saying someone would come out, but the person responsible for processing returns wasn’t even on-site yet. After everything I went through, having to wait around again was incredibly frustrating and just added to an already bad experience.
Overall, I left feeling misled and disappointed. Between the questionable condition of the car, the possibility issues were disguised, the long finance process, and the unprofessional return experience, I cannot recommend this dealership. Transparency and honesty are the bare minimum when buying a vehicle, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

Byron Chaisson will offer you a great customer service. He is courteous, patient and funny. He showed us the available inventory and answered all of our questions.
We bought a 2025 Toyota Camry with his help.

They had the truck I wanted at the price I wanted. I did buy from them, but a very slow process. The salesman by the name of Drew was outstanding, really knew his stuff. But they are just a used car lot and don’t have the tools a major dealership has. Took two hours to get a trade-in price on my vehicle. I had to use a different lender because they’re not hooked in with my credit union. And the real reason for the two stars was at the end of the sale. They only had one key fob, salesman said they only had one fob for each vehicle, so beware..

Spoke with a Swades Gautam (Sam), completely unhelpful, after giving information he stated that I would have to wait, I informed him that I did not have too. Stated that he would call me back. Never heard back from him. Even called and left a voice message and never heard back. Common courtesy at minimum calls for a call back of you did not want to work with me.
But thankfully, Huffines Chevrolet in Lewisville were able to get me in a brand new 2026 Chevrolet Equinox. I would go speak with them and Scott or the Sales Manager Duane. They are extremely helpful and will try their best to get you in a vehicle.

Damn it takes over 2 hours for people to wait for a car rental. Like seriously what type of service are these people giving worst place to get car rentals. Definitely go to enterprise. The office place is hot a lot of people just sitting there waiting. No one getting called on for help.

Second time here and my experience is that they take way to long to get people into cars. Like what service are we paying for horrible service. Definitely will be my last time coming here these people don't know how to do there jobs. Been here 3 hrs waiting in a lobby with 7 over people. Just waiting on these folks take there time walking in and out and not taking care of anyone. That's how they lose business ASAP. It's hot in here smells bad.
