FlexDrive (Lyft). They've worked with me in a way that I couldn't imagine (according to reviews I've seen).Simply, let me say... I'm impressed with the customer service. An unfortunate event has happened with a rental after a few days, and they've compensated rationally and more than fairly.I've nothing but positive emotions and a positive experience.I'm thankful for current the staff & rational logic.

Went to this shop to inquire and lease a rental car for the Lyft rideshare program.Waited for more than 30 mins and nobody showed up at the desk to assist. I checked with the other staff when they'd be back and they said very confidently without much care that that don't know. As if it's something very normal out here.If your staff member, who's the only handling something, are going to be away from their desk for an extended period of time, it's best for them to post a notice at the desk.

This has been the WORST "1st Car Buying" experience for my daughter. The vehicle she purchased had NOT been inspected or detailed before they sold it to her. It was missing parts inside and underneath, pieces of the scrape guard/skid plate was missing, there were shards of glass in the vent, as if it had been broken into, and it needed a wheel alignment. Its been 3 WEEKS and she is still trying to get all this straightened out.She could have gone ANYWHERE and given her hard earn money to someone else, but she choose Hertz for her 1st Car Buying experience and its been a nightmare. Now, I would hate to think that they took advandage of her because she is a young WOMAN. Im so disappointed in Hertz Mngmnt.

Val was our sales rep and she was great. Another dealership tried to charge us a $3000 “fee” above sales price but Hertz does not do that. We were told that this was a common practice in the DFW area so was glad to save that money. I must say the sale process took a while but in the end we had our car. The sales room and offices were nice and clean. The car was similarly clean. We are very happy with our purchase and think we got a reasonable deal.

Mariângela took us from the 0 experience with cars to get a car the same day we’re there. She’s patient, told me exactly everything we need and help us even with the financing part. Couldnt be more happy with the whole attention they give us. much appreciate it!

MG Was our sales Rep. She is bilingual!! Which helped a lot! She was extremely patient with me and kept me updated with the whole process, she listen and answered all my questions, She went ahead and made sure I was taken care of. I didn’t feel rushed, there was always a clear communication. Final price was explained and I was satisfied with it. In general the whole experience was GREAT! Like I said she really went above and beyond to secure my desired vehicle and insured top quality. I Highly recommend shopping with HERTZ AGAIN!

Hertz did not have my car ready for my initial appointment to test drive the car. This resulted in me losing about $500, a vacation day from work because I was coming in from out of town and could not cancel my travel and was notified too late, and I will miss several important meetings in order to return the next week. When I tried to bring this up in the buying process, I did not feel listened to and valued as a customer. I did go through with the Rent2Buy process the next week, which was good overall and my rep was very responsive. However, the unreliability of service and lack of accountability for how their failure to honor my reservation impacted me was frustrating. I was initially excited about my deal, but as someone who values service and integrity, I walked away from the process feeling unsettled and hesitant to recommend.

My daughter purchased a car from Hertz, Bedford and they emphasized their thorough inspection process. As part of the sales pitch they made specific reference to the tires. Two days after she purchased the car one of the tires went flat. In taking it to the tire place the tire vendor informed us that we had been sold a car with 4 bald tires that had been patched. She ended up paying $400 for four new tires. I wrote to Hertz and the manager, a Robert Fuller, called me back but would not entertain my complaint claiming that the tire place was lying because they wanted the sale! He stood by the car inspection. When I pointed out that there was no windshield washer fluid, another element to their inspection, he still stood by the infallible inspection process. I sent a complaint to the Better Business Bureau but Hertz failed to respond so the BBB has placed their inability to respond on Hertz’s BBB business profile. I really trusted the Hertz name but my experience tells me that this Bedford branch is just a typical used car showroom with stereotypical used car salesmen.

Reasons to buy: 1) regular maintenance has been performed, 2) smoke-free interior! 3) most cars are rented for business purposes and employees don’t want to pay for damages, 4) every car is sold with roadside assistance services and discounts for buying new keys! 5) thorough inspections are performed to avoid risk of failure during rental and before sale, 6) priced competitively and less than private owner or used car lots in almost every case. If you shop this location you will have a huge selection! I love the car I bought and the price was well below the rest of the market. Mike, the salesman was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. You won’t be disappointed!

If you value your money, safety, and health, please stay away from Hertz Car Sales Bedford. If i could give a ZERO star review, i would have. I'll detail my experience below:I purchased an Infiniti Q60 from Hertz Bedford location in 2021, unfortunately the experence with the vehicle has been awful. About 11 months after purchasing the car, it started giving me problems smoking and shaking dangerously. I contacted Robert to report the issue and he told me to tow the car to Grubbs Infiniti, Grapevine for diagnosis. He assured me that the car was under warranty and any requisite repairs would be covered by the warranty, and that Hertz would reimburse me for the towing and diagnostics costs. I towed the car to Grubbs Infiniti Grapevine as instructed and paid the fees. Grubbs' diagnosis found that there was Engine Sludge which would not be covered by warranty unless there was proof of maintenance from the first purchase. I informed Robert about this, and he told me to take my car to Sewell in Dallas. Robert again said that Hertz would pay the diagnosis and tow fees. I got the car towed to Sewell Dallas per Robert's instruction. Once at Sewell, the mechanics diagnosed the car and said it was Engine Sludge and that repairs wouldnt be covered by the warranty. I called Robert to ask for maintenance records and he said he was researching and would get in touch. My car stayed at Sewell for almost two weeks, and Hertz did not provide me with a rental car or alternative transportation. I communicated with Robert via emails/calls, and after almost 2 weeks, he stopped responding. I ended up towinh the car back home and paid all the diagnostics and tow fees out of pocket. A week after taking my car from Sewell Dallas, Robert responded and changed his position saying there is nothing he could do about it because I reported the issue late, and I was not servicing the car, which was a lie.As I was moving this car from dealership to dealership per Mr. Robert’s instructions, he assured me that all cost incurred will be paid by hertz (diagnosis and tow fees), and warranty company will replace the engine, because i have a very good warranty. I am very disappointed, and will not recommend this dealership, and I will never buy a car from them. I am now stuck with a malfunctioning car. I asked Robert for the car maintenance records during the year Hertz owned it to use as proof and ges failed to produce them. This is likely because those records dont exist. I have all my service records from the time i bought the car to date. Based on Robert's behavior and clear lack of integrity, I'd never recommend buying a car from Hertz. There is no evidence that they maintain the cars. Unfortunately my experience of dealing with Robert has left me thinking that Hertz hires dishonest people. The LA question I find myself asking is that if Hertz has a dishonest and misleading person like Robert, are their cars safe to buy or even rent? I was previously loyal to Hertz but cannot use them with a clear conscience, for any of mine,my family, and friends' mobility needs. However, if Hertz reaches out to correct their mistakes, I'm willing to update the review and record to make sure consumers like myself are fully informed.

The people are nice but the process is very SLOW. Worse yet, they only give you one key fob and hold the other ransom in exchange for the extended warranty. This is extortion. It's cheaper to buy a new fob and pay the ridiculous program fee than to pay over $800 for the extended warranty. If the cars are as well maintained and "cream of the crop" as they said during the whole test drive, then I shouldn't need to drop $800+ just so I can get a key that BELONGS with the car I'm paying for.

Robert Steffes is the worst. He sold me a Chevy Silverado (VIN # 1GCRYDEDXLZ240787) that jerked and misfired when driven. During the test drive he told me it was the brakes which was a huge red flag!. The truck was still under power train warranty and Hertz also offered to replace the brakes and take a second look at it. I purchased it on a Saturday and was told to bring it back Monday. As I continued to drive the truck the shaking and jerking had gotten worse so I dropped the truck off at the Chevy dealership to check it and possibly look at it under the existing warranty. I also cancelled the check that I gave Hertz because I paid cash for the vehicle on the day I picked it up. I decided to cancel the deal and let the sales manager pick up the vehicle from the dealership. BUYERS BEWARE! They will sell you a vehicle that they know has safety defects! The carfax did not even show this information which was odd because the engine problem was obvious. I'm writing this review because I know that they will try to sale this vehicle at retail to some unsuspecting buyer so please be aware!

You are reading this because you sorted by New. And you should be, Wells Auto Group has revitalized and if you are there now it’s because of the young lady Val Rojas. She makes car buying easy. No games no pressure just a fluid process. She had all my questions answered and I felt so satisfied leaving in my new car knowing all the features that were important to me. If you come here; definitely ask for her. Thank you Val. :)
