Call these guys!!!!! Everyone else quoted me ridiculous numbers for new ECMs and said my old one couldn’t be fixed. These guys fixed my old one FAST, offered a warranty, and it didn’t need reprogramming!!!!!! I’ll forever be a customer when I have an ECM issue!!!

IF I COULD PUT -100 STARS I WOULD!! I SHOULD HAVE CHECKED THE REVIEWS BECAUSE THE ONE STAR REVIEWS ARE SPOT ON AND I THINK THEY PAID FOR THE 4 STARS. THE FACT THAT THEY ONLY TAKE ZELLE AND NO CREDIT CARDS SHOULD HAVE BEEN MY SIGN TO RUN!! I SENT THEM A COMPUTER TO FIX AND WHEN I GOT IT BACK IT DID NOT WORK I FIGURED THINGS HAPPEN SO I SENT THAT ONE AND ANOTHER THAT HAD OIL DAMAGE BACK. THEY PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE COMPUTER BUT WHEN I PLUGGED A SPARE I HAD IN THE TRUCK WAS FINE SO TELL ME HOW IT WAS OK!!! THEN THEY ACTUALLY CHARGED ME TO CHECK THE COMPUTER AGAIN. WHEN I GOT THE TWO BACK THE OIL DAMAGED ONE STILL HAD OIL ON IT AND IT DID NOT WORK!! THE TOLD ME I DO NOT KNOW WHAT I AM DOING AND IT NEEDS TO BE PROGRAMED BYE THE DEALER SO I HAD THE DEALER COME AND PROGRAM IT AND GUESS WHAT IT STILL DID NOT WORK. SO I TRIED TO EXPLAIN ALL OF THIS TO THEM AND THEY BASICALLY TOLD ME NO REFUNDS AND SINCE IT WAS ZELLE THERE WAS NOTHING I COULD DO SO I WAS OUT 2500. I ENDED UP SENDING THE COMPUTERS TO A REAL SHOP AND THE TOLD ME BOTH COMPUTERS WERE NO GOOD AND THERE WAS STILL OIL IN THE ONE THEY SUPPOSEDLY FIXED SO I HAD TO BUY NEW ONES. WHEN I GOT THEM BACK I TOLD HI-TECH WHAT HAPPENED AND THEY STILL SAID THEY WORKED SO I SAID IF THAT'S THE CASE I WILL MAIL THESE BACK ON MY DIME AND YOU CAN REFUND ME AND SELL THEM TO SOMEONE. GUESS WHAT.....THEY WILL NOT ANSWER 5 EMAILS EVEN WHEN I SHOWED THEM THE BILL AND WORK SHEETS SAYING THE COMPUTERS WERE NO GOOD!!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE CRIMINALS AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGRAVATION I GOT AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. AS YOU CAN SEE THIS IS THE COMPUTER THEY SUPPOSEDLY FIXED...YOU CAN STILL SEE THE OIL ON THE PLUGS!!! AND AS YOU CAN SEE I DO NOT LEAVE REVIEWS BUT THESE PEOPLE DESERVE TO BE SHUT DOWN. I HAVE NOW REPORTED THEM TO THE TEXAS ATTORNEY GENERAL AND THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND I SUGGEST ALL THE OTHER BAD REVIEWERS DO THE SAME!

This company is a fraud. I paid 1600 for the repair of a module for a Bobcat They didn't work on it, the fault is the same, it's a fraud. I hope they stop working soon so they don't scam more people.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COST.
They claimed to have fixed an ECM for a Chevy 6500 and did ABSOLUTELY nothing and still charged me $1,003.25.

Terrible service. I took my ecm there for a diagnostic and they charged me $95 and did not provide a diagnostic report and couldn't even tell me if it was good or bad . They only take cash or zelle or bank transfer which is a red flag . Also my zelle app couldn't even find their business they wanted me to send the money too. Another red flag . I ended paying cash for nothing . I left knowing the same as when I brought it there. I don't recommend this place to my worst enemy

We do not recommend this service! We have had a computer for more than a month and they have not been able to resolve the problem why we brought it. They called us and told us it was ready.
When we tried it again we realized that the computer was still making the same errors! It doesn't seem fair to us that we called and they told us that it was repaired when we know that it is not, because our technicians are electrical mechanics and they know the car's fault. When we call they refuse to give us a good answer about what's going on with the computer! We have spoken with a technician, assistant, secretary, and a thousand people who communicate with each other to not give us a solution to anything! We spoke with Gladys, César and even the manager! NO ONE has given us a solution to the problem. We are in the 30 days of warranty and they do not want to refund our money. The manager's words were very clear "NO REFOUND" even though the computer is the same as we took it and the only thing we want as customers is an answer for what that we pay. $700 wasted in the trash. I don't recommend this place at all, don't go.
