I own a duvet from Paseo Road and it’s gorgeous. I ordered a bedskirt and decided not to keep it, but my return wasn’t accepted. I’m not clear on why - they said evidence of dirt and hair was found, but I saw neither in the photos they sent to justify the declined return. Just photos of a wrinkled bedskirt and one fuzz on a messy table in their warehouse. It took 10 days to hear anything about the return, and I had to follow up, even though they promise an update after 2 business days. If the expectation is that I steam and lint roll a return, say so. I’ve never had any return declined for those reasons. Will not order from Paseo Road again.

I ordered it a comforter, bed skirt n matching pillow shams but what was delivered was two brien shams ( not paisley ) like pictured n customer service said that photo was just got advertising. I am contacting better business bureau to follow through with this discretion.

I bought two sets of dishes at a designer's shop and when I tracked down the manufacturer, I was so excited to find this website! We just bought a place in the mountains, and I placed a large order for various things. When escrow finally closed and we moved in, I noted that a table runner was not sewn correctly and was fraying in the center side - right where you would see it. I called up customer service, but they would not take it back because it was outside the 30 day return period. In my mind, defective merchandise should not be shipped in the first place, and this lack of "standing behind their product" will cause me to shop elsewhere in the future, as we need everything for this place. If you buy from this website, examine things carefully when you get them because you may be paying postage to mail it back. Better yet - use a different website, like The Cabin Place or Black Forest Decor, where I have had much better luck!
