Wow! This place was like a ghost town. Not that many customers or staff around. Shelves were picked through and 3 of the 4 things I came for were not in stock and no known arrival date.

Kudos to the South Irving store for amazing customer service from the Pro desk. I was looking for a needle in a haystack of documentation - everyone I spoke with was very helpful and kind, and the Assistant Store Manager, Paula, was fantastic. If I have to ask for the code to use the bathroom. I'm not shopping here. It's nearly impossible to find someone for help now I have to ask someone to use the bathroom. Nope.

She was an incredible listener and extremely knowledgeable in what I was trying to accomplish and just all around helpful in finding what I needed and did so with a genuine passion and big smile on her face. Old lady worker at the check out area rolled her eyes at me and gave me attitude when I needed to put stuff back to go get my card from my car. I was trying to help her move the things and she thought we were stealing. She thought she was high and mighty for working there.

The reason I give this a 2 is because of the non-availability of restrooms, while I'm searching for someone to open the restroom my son soiled himself. Been going here 15 plus years. Will never return,it could be me next time.

This Home Depot has been my go to branch for five years. This one usually has what I need in stock. When they did not they check to see which of the others have it. Or order online and deliver to the store for me to pick up. It is also the closest outlet to where I work and that makes pickup easy on my way home.

Came in here and we got help immediately unlike the Carrollton location off Keller Springs. Definitely will make the drive here if I need anything that deals with service because at least the store associates here have work ethic. Definitely recommend this place.

Terrible experience ordering online. My order was delivered damaged, then when I tried to return it I was told the system was down. I am currently waiting for a manager... It's 10 minutes later, they never showed up. Now I have to come back to try to return this. Half a day on a job that should have taken two hours, and it's not even done!Bonus! They told me I could not leave it there, so I got to load the AC unit back in my car! Fun!Update! I called ahead and was told the system was working. When I arrived and lugged the unit into the store, I was told it was not working, and I would have to come back. I asked for a manager, and she told me she was the manager. Strangely, when I called corporate in front of her, she decided there was something she could do after all.Long story short, if you need help in a Home Depot, threaten to call corporate, otherwise you are SOL.

Worst customer service I believe I have ever experienced. I was first sent from another Home Depot to this one for a refridgerator that there was supposed to be in stock. As I walked through the aisles in search of an associate, three saw me and abruptly avoided me or pretended I didn't exist. When I managed to catch one I was sent up to "the front," where I wondered around speaking to three different associates who all admitted to being unsure of how to sell me a @#$%ing refridgerator. I eventually asked to speak to the person in charge of the shift, who was busy with a man arguing about a literal dime until the store literally closed and they shut the lights off. I will never set foot in this joke of a store again. How in the heck can the nine people eating up labor hours that saw/spoke to me be unable to make or at least facilitate the sale of a $700 home appliance?

Most all of the employees are knowledgeable and friendly. It is easy to find what you need, and it's a good place to just walk around and look if you have projects coming up. Always good ideas and equipment there.

Awful customer service. Approached two girls near pro checkout, wasn’t acknowledged once even though I was right there. 3 girl walks up (employee) to get checked out for a drink and snack, they acknowledge her and proceed to help her out and still act like they don’t see me standing 3 ft away needing help. Sad to say this is post Covid customer service now. They get a second star only because once I found someone else they made a small effort to help out and eventually got me taken care of.
