Pro Desk is greatness! Had a relatively complicated project, and the staff were GREAT to spend time walking me through the procurement process for all the materials. Ken in particular was a source of greatness. He was kind, helpful, and followed up w/ different departments to make sure everything was in order. I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation about life, family and faith while we waited. Great customer service all around! Also, the HD job-site delivery is fast and they are VERY responsive when there is a mixup on materials. They made it right same day or next day.Well done gentlemen. ?

I feel like shopping at Home Depot is a mixed bag. I've had some really great customer service in general, but every now and then there's an issue and when you try to escalate it, it feels like they don't want to find a suitable resolution or that they're sort of dismissing it. However, I give this place a high review because I've actually had some good encounters as well, especially through their online support or through calling in. So I do commend Home Depot on actually, you know, thinking ahead and putting effort into those channels.

One of the employees was yelling he's alone in his department when he got paged on the intercom I thought if you don't like your job then quit other than that clean store and great prices

How to lose a customer? Insinuate they are thieves when they ask for service. Not only did I leave without spending my money at this place, but I have no plans to visit this store in the next 10 years. Management should train their employees on how to interact with people in general, and teach them to keep their dumb comments to themselves. This location was already at the bottom of my list since most of the time it is a waste of time to come to the Irving/Valley Ranch location. I highly recommend visiting Lowes or any other Home Depot in Dallas County.

Pretty good location, the store itself is always clean and well organized and have been in this particular location quite a few times seems like I always see the manager which is irregular compared to alot of locations which is a good thing BTW, anyway all the staff are always friendly and knowledgeable which is not the norm for alot of homedepots

Ultra frustrating experience at this location. I am a proud home Depot credit card owner for over two decades and usually frequent the stores closer to my house in North Richland hills. I dropped into this store to pick up a pop-up canopy that showed they had several varieties in stock when I checked online. When I came in to pick them up I talked to several sales associates that could not locate where these were since they were not on the shelves in store. When I questioned why the inventory was so inaccurate they just shrug their shoulders... I will continue to go to the ones closer to my house and I am surprised that this location is able to stay open operating like this.
