Terrible service and a very bad experience. I bought an item and wanted to return it the same day. I rushed across town to make it before closing. I arrived at 4:50 PM and they close at 5:00 PM, but the guy at the counter said he wouldn’t process a refund because “the cashier already left.” However, he was able to take payment for another item — interesting, right?
On top of that, they charge a $45 restocking fee for returns. I understand that a cut hose can’t be returned, but I was trying to return a metal part that’s in perfect, resellable condition.
I strongly do not recommend this store. I really regret choosing them to handle my issue.

Although they didn't sell a natural gas hose which they don't carry they gladly put two connectors on in no time. Unlike other places they have done the service for me twice over the past few years and never a leak. Well worth the drive from Kaufman Tx.

Alex , Felipe , Carlos , Edgar are all very professional everytime I walk through the door! They assist me with any type of hoses and fittings I need with no hesitation. These guys make hose tech enjoyable to go to when needing hoses!

I got terrible experience with the service ,especially with long haired Latino male employee who carelessly discarded the sample and displayed an indifferent attitude while dealing with me just 4 feet away from the counter. And Forgetting the sample may have been unpleasant, but the audacity of the Latino woman in rudely handling your card and making demands indicates a lack of understanding of basic customer service principles.It appears that the company may be lacking awareness of fundamental business principles, unable to meet customer expectations, and falling short in providing satisfactory service.

I come here all the time and everyone there is super friendly, prices are comparable with other hose shops, but the speed is what makes this place the only one I'll go to for new hoses.
