The staff was friendly and the store was very clean. Not as much of a selection as some other locations but I was still able to find several items to purchase that made me very happy. So no reason to complain.

I have not been here for quite awhile but as soon as I walked in the young lady was very attentive, she was very friendly and knowledgeable, she knew exactly what I was looking for and made my whole shopping experience pleasant and simple. She made me happy that I returned there, once again!!

Loved the employees here. They were so nice, so helpful, and overall extremely friendly. They have a nice selection of anime merch to choose from, but not a lot. Still worth coming here to find something. I visit every time I go to the mall. I'll definitely keep visiting.

I visited this location today (5/1/21), and in top of having a very clean and well faced store, the employee working the door and the (I'm assuming) manager both showed admirable grace and politeness dealing with a belligerent customer despite being sworn at. Great store, great employees.
