This is a fraudulent laboratory who is submitting false claims to my mother’s insurance company for weekly Covid and Flu tests. Their NPI is 1073278552 and the owners name is Rahul Nandru. Look up the NPI for information on the lab to report to CMS and report the fraud to your insurance company.

This center which I’d never heard of has submitted 12 COVID tests claims through to my previous insurance in just the last two months. Sent through by a doctor I’ve never heard of, Dr. Anna Leah Grossberg! Can this even be a legitimate place?!! How would they not notice so many covid tests from one supposed patient!! Seriously!!

I received 8 EOB’s for this place that are not mine. I have not had labs drawn every week for 2 months. I have been unable to contact them via phone and it says they do not even have a voicemail set up.

In my travels from N.Y. to Japan it was brought to my attention at my connection in DFW that a COVID test was required. After a search I went to i3 Diagnostics where Chetna the lab tech was very friendly,helpful,gentle,knowledgeable & professional .

We were booked to Japan and needed a laboratory covid test prior to traveling. I3 Diagnostics was conveniently located close to the airport. Chetna was friendly, helpful, and gentle. There was no issue with filling out the required forms necessary to travel. I recommend this lab to do your pcr tests.

Amazing experience! These guys were open despite the Texas winter storm and came through with my COVID test results the very same day! The test report contained both my passport number and a QR code! Highly recommend!

This is how lab testing should be done. Words cannot express our gratitude to the staff for their help in going above and beyond to help us get our COVID test in time for our international flight this evening. My wife's COVID test from another facility still had not resulted and we were looking at missing our flight. When I spoke with i3 diagnostics from the airport, they worked on reserving a spot for us right away and even called back to confirm they could run the test right away.The staff were very kind and professional; my wife said this was the gentlest COVID swab she had ever had. When the results posted (they had it within 2 hours for us!) they called my wife right away to make sure we had the results and confirm that we could travel. Seriously, where do you find this caliber of customer service? It's rare to see this kind of follow-up, and we are so appreciative of their help. I cannot express my gratitude enough; they were an answer to prayer. Would definitely come again and definitely recommend their services to any who need, especially if you need a real COVID PCR test urgently.

I3 Dignostic is the best. Chetna who took our test samples, was very caring and professional. We loved the service we received while went for COVID testing. Results were delivered in 24hr that was so surprising then other labs. So thank you Chetna.
