Will has been my agent for several years... I switched from State Farm and had nice savings. He also previously assisted my Dad with his policies, saving him thousands of dollars versus his existing agent (Farmers). Will has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry which he uses to advise on the proper coverages versus state minimums. I am very happy with his performance and recommend him to clients, friends, and family.

I can't say enough about this company's customer service, from finding the right coverages to service during a time of need. Agent Will V., goes above and beyond to treat you like family. He answered all my questions and walked me through a recent claim. I do recommend this agency to friends and family.

I was shopping for a company that would provide great customer service and give us a better rate. With three kids driving we needed some help. Insurance Team One was able to help us on our home and auto insurance. Will Vacek was a pleasure to work with; he really cares about the people! You need to give this company a chance to earn your business. I am so glad I switched.

I have personally used Jerry Court for all of my insurance needs for the last 10 years and have been nothing but pleased! I know him personally and he is an honorable, kind, Christian man whom values relationships and your word. He has vested time in helping me make adjustments that will be most beneficial for myself and my family. I will continue to use them and certainly recommend them based on their integrity! Jerry Court has been our agent of choice for several years. He is honest, gives good advice on insurance matters and is always available when we need him. When we had a payment problem between our credit union and the insurance company, he put us in touch with the right people and stayed in touch to make sure everything turned out right.

DO NOT do business with these guys. The management is not responsive (still waiting for a call back, I have left multiple messages and emails over the past 3 weeks) about agent issues. I currently have Jerry Court and he is of low character. He will not even sign a paper that allows the transfer to another agent. If I could give a zero star I would. Rates will skyrocket and you will be stuck! I have a commercial policy here and cannot get service. again do NOT do business with these guys
