Ashley was absolutely amazing to work with. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. I spent nearly two hours with her going over my insurance policy, and she never once made me feel rushed.
One thing I especially appreciated was that she is fluent in both English and Spanish. There were times when I found it easier to explain myself in one language versus the other, and Ashley was able to seamlessly switch between both. This helped me better understand my policy, ask questions comfortably, and feel confident that all of my concerns were being addressed.
