I am utterly disgusted by the experience I had at Irving Beer and Wine. While I was browsing to select a bottle of wine, a female store employee abruptly left the register in the middle of checking out another customer to ask if she could “help” me. It was clear this wasn’t a gesture of assistance but an insinuation that I might be stealing. As a tax-paying resident of Irving, I find this behavior unacceptable and deeply offensive.
This store’s continuous profiling and discriminatory treatment towards Black and Hispanic customers—something reflected in their abysmal 2.8-star rating and echoed in many other reviews—cannot go unchecked. I will be filing a formal complaint with both the Better Business Bureau and the City of Irving.
I strongly encourage potential customers to take their business elsewhere. It’s clear the owners either don’t care about the harmful practices happening in their establishment or are the ones fostering them. Stores that engage in this kind of behavior don’t deserve our support.

Upon entering the store the girl was looking at me like I was going to steal stuff. I went into the store to shop for a client.y phone was glitching. I moved to the side, way out of other peoples way. I was trying to finish my shopping. The phone wouldn't cooperate. I ended up having to uninstall the app. My order was removed. I was compensated, for trying to shop for the client. I felt discriminated against. I don't partake in consuming alcohol. Each to his or her own. The store is called Irving Beer & Wine.
I guess, since I am Blaxican, I look like I will steal something. This place of business should be closed down. If you're gonna treat people this way, why bother being open for business then. If you don't like what you do, then quit doing what makes you unhappy. The people were some kind of Indian. They were from India. They feel as if I am beneath them. This is the vibe I was getting the whole time I am trying to shop for my client. Sunday, July the 21st. Please don't shop here!!! They will think you will steal stuff. Due to the color of your skin.

Oct 8 Sunday my rating is -1I was there to pick up beer from Doordash. I called the name as placing an order as usual but she was (a Nepali woman) with a black T-shirt who refused to give order to me because the driver's nickname didn't match with ID ?? I told her it's the nickname we use as dash drivers and as we are driver we just need to give u proof we are above 21 and I have every detail regarding this order I give call to buyers but she asked me to change nickname ??on the spot to just match detail which is impossible to make it on the minute.. Seriously she was so immature and arrogant I don't know how she got hired at the store even though she doesn't have general delivery pick-up knowledge or might be owner hasn't trained her well and disciplined some manners..at the end she called her owner n within sec owner told her handled the item obviously she is wrong! N at the end when I try to teach some free advice for pickup she just told me "I don't care even in future Doordash or any delivery service cancel service in this store ! Coz this is not my store..i just work here " !So just for 2.50$ it was 1.4 miles delivery I have wasted my 42 min to make that dumb employee educated which is totally useless and I wanna dedicated to all dash and Uber drivers to not spent ur time at this store it it's less then 10$ don't accept item from this store until and unless they improve there service....

They wouldn’t stop staring at me like I was stealing something just because I was figuring out what I wanted to drink… only to be told I couldn’t use my debit card because of a minimum purchase amount needed. Oh, and the restroom is employee only AND has a sign that says the flush doesn’t work!!

Neighborhood beer, wine, incense, CBD, and sundry store. Conveniently located a short almost completely covered walk from Motel 6. Felt a little sorry for the glum little girl working the register, so I'm giving an extra star....poor thing!

Good store but closes early. Arrived at 11:55 store was to close at 12. I only wanted a bottle of water and the door was locked. Another car just pulled up behind me and about to be disappointed as well. Smh â€â™‚ï¸
