Dr Casey Nguyen is very friendly. It's almost been 10 years of my visit to this place. Dr is very responsible, he makes you a call after the report and highly suggest you what to do and what not. I'm very satisfied visiting this place.

DO NOT go to this Dr.He is very disrespectful and raciest.My sister took my mom to get information on diabetes and how to monitor my dads sugar given that he has liver cancer and the dr insulted my mother the whole time.He even asked her if she could read. Like she is illiterate or something.I will be filing a complaint against him immediately. If you are serious about your health PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE.

As a latina individual in Texas, it's important to me that I feel safe and respected, especially when receiving medical care. Already from when I had to book my appointment, I was on hold for 20 minutes. When I got to my appointment, had to wait another 30 minutes to meet with the doctor and was greeted with a cold and rude responses to my urgent questions and made me feel genuinely unsafe. Would highly recommend finding another place for primary care needs.

Casy Nguyen called me a dirty monkey and then proceeded to tell me to go back to my country. He was very unprofessional and rude all because I am black. This is very unacceptable and should NOT be allowed in this sort of workspace.

Absolutely terrible. This place should be called Satans family practice! I was placed on hold for over an hour only for them answer then immediately hang up. The staff was constantly talking amongst themselves rather than attending the front desk. I even heard an outrageously inappropriate racial slur being tossed around lightly during their side conversations! This place will never receive business from me or anyone I know!

Went to this doctor because i had to change my insurance. he was very rude and disrespectful from the minute he stepped into the room like he didn't even wanna see me. DO NOT COME TO THIS DOCTOR awful experience.

Very bad service the Doctor Nguyen very rude he yelled to my girls because they used the bathroom and the toilet wasn’t working he told us he wont fixed screaming at my girls . He has not education ? ? ? ?
