Irving Mall is Dallas County's premier shopping destination with over 100 retail, dining, and entertainment options. It is described as very family oriented, with polite and respectful staff in the stores. Some visitors find good deals and enjoy shopping at stores like Finish Line and Bath & Body Works without it being too busy. However, other reviews note that the mall seems very run down and not as lively as before, with a handful of good companies remaining. There are complaints about misleading advertising and customer dissatisfaction at some stores. While some fear it may close, others appreciate its dynamic offerings and convenient weekly hours.
