I came by here yesterday not knowing what to expect. Esai G. was very professional and provided great customer service. He gave me a great deal on selling my merchandise. His co-workers were very helpful also in assisting me with my needs. Kudos to Esai G. and your fellow co-workers. You all get 5 stars from me. Thank for all your help!

I went there yesterday Thursday, September 4, 2025 and I spoke with Esai G., He was very professional and provided great customer
service. He just didn't know exactly how much of a help he really was to me. I was in a bind and he gave me a great deal on selling

Easily the best Pawn shop in Irving. The service by Micheal was quick, and easy! He made sure we were both happy with our transaction. To top it all of, the store was nice, clean and organized and lots of departments to choose from.
